Went in not expecting to actually buy right away but Kyle hooked us up with a Kia Seltos he was very polite and down to earth guy. Treated us more as friends than customers. Needless to say we now have a Kia Seltos thanks to Kyle!!

I had an amazing experience with this dealership. While there was a minor miscommunication between the phone sales rep and the rep in the office regarding me selling my old car, my in person rep named Q, handled it with grace. He was patient, kind, and seemed to go above and beyond to get me the best deal, which is rare at car dealerships. I didn't feel like I was being coerced or forced. All questions were answered thoroughly. The entire staff was amazing, in my opinion. I had numerous people walking up to me, shaking my hand, and asking if I needed anything. They made sure I felt comfortable and heard. I was completely blown away by how professional and courteous everyone was. Even the owner, Jim Sipala himself; introduced himself and offered his assistance. This was, by far, the best experience I had buying a new car! We also drove the car over to fill the gas tank and it was beautifully detailed and cleaned before I drove it off the lot. I was introduced to finance who was transparent about the cost of the vehicle and service who gave me two free oil changes and a free inspection. Overall, I highly recommend!

Purchased a super overpriced used Carnivale but that was my decision. They agreed to get the car prepped for a certain day. I show up and they had scratched a large part of one side pulling out of the carwash. They agreed to get it fixed and painted. They did that. Good paint job! Purchased as much warranty as possible because my grand children and children and my wife would be using this car everyday. Purchased scratch and dent warranty and also windshield and tire protection. Week one have a small star crack in the windshield (small as in less than 1 inch) and also realize spare looks torn. Rear entertainment system does not Connect to wifi. Take it to dealer a few weeks later. Service manager tells me 1) star crack in windshield not covered as bigger than an inch. It isn't even now months later! 2) tells me to update firmware for rear entertainment (really didn't even look at it). Why could they not just do it right there? Kia forums all know this system is crap but good dealers apparently can fix it. Remember bought this certified car for the kiddos and purchased all the warranty they were happy to sell including the entertainment system. 3) tells me tire has an object in it and they will not cover it. What! I asked if it was checked when they prepped the car. Tells me "of course we must have." And that I should have checked it myself. Who actually checks a spare under the car when they buy it? Basically just sent me on my way. I guess my fault for not checking in the moment. 4) now fancy seats not reclining on second row. Will take in and it should be covered. Not sure how that visit will go. Great car but not impressed by service so far.

They are one of the best in Chester county. They never disappoint us.we have been Kia owners since 2010. From the first forte to the redesigned sorento. We love all the changes and especially our 2024 Telluride Sx prestige Dark moss with Mahogany interior.

If you decide to attempt to give this place your business, go to the location. DO NOT DEAL WITH THE INTERNET PEOPLE. Greg and Alley will completely lie to you. They will take advantage of whatever situation you are in. I was lied to about being approved and I explained the situation I was in and they told me everything was good and all I needed to do was come in and work out the payments. When I got there, Greg and Alley were no where to be found and Noone knew what I was talking about. I had to go through the whole process just to be told no. Oh and this was all after they had me test drive the car and fall in love with it. Greg and Alley clearly have no soul and karma is a real lady! You have been warned!!

I try not to post anything negative about a place we have purchased numerous brand new cars/suvs from. I have a 2022 kia Sportage I bought September of 2021. I have been dealing with a engine knock coming from the lower end. Took it to this dealership multiple times and they cannot diagnose the issue. Mind you my car sounds like a little Mercedes diesel but they still can't hear it. The last time it was there I was told by the shop foreman to drive it until the engine blows. On top of that since I can't trust their ability to do any kind of work other than oil changes, because I don't trust them, Aaron the service manager told me that I can no longer use my lifetime oil changes because I won't pay $80-90 for them to install air filter or cabin air filter that I purchase and replace myself. I looked up something online that says that if you do something on your own you are protected. Under Magnuson-Moss warranty act you can perform work yourself but I have spent hundreds for oil changes I was told we're covered with my purchase of multiple vehicles. I have compared my vehicle with several others including one at the coatesville location and my car sounds horrible compared to others. The manager there does not take customers feelings seriously and spending $33,000 on another vehicle shows they do not have the customers best interest at heart. Barb used to be my favorite service assistant manager until she told me how bad my new tires sounded. I wouldn't have needed new tires if I didn't have to bring my car back 4 times for an alignment because the alignment machine was broken. I found that out from a salesman. So really. Next if I don't get a resolution from Kia I will gladly post a video for each and everyone who sees this review, of the noise coming from my engine. I will compare it to a normal sounding engine. Hopefully this will get an issue I have been complaining about since day 1 fixed or I will go further. They do not care about the customer because I bought 3 cars myself and this is how I'm treated.

I bought a Kia Telluride from this dealership. Bad experience. They created a false ID for me, in order to get commission for having me sign up for Kia Connect before leaving the dealership (which I would gladly have done myself, if they had just asked). Kia Connect explained to me that this is what happened. Now I have no way of creating my own account to get full access to the car's features. Kia Connect (who's rep laughed out loud when they saw the ridiculous made-up email address for me that the dealership created) says I need the dealership to give me some documentation regarding my purchase to pass along to Kia Connect in order to undo this. The dealership has been unresponsive for over a month re getting this documentation (I've reached out 6 times with no reply). I've also separately gone to Kia's customer support for help, and I've been waiting a long time for help. I'm unsure whether they will get back to me. What's more, when deciding whether to purchase the vehicle, I asked whether I could 'not' purchase the "Theft Guard and Microbe Repel". I was told (and I have this in writing) that "no", they could not remove these things, as they are a hard addon to the car. Well - on the "Theft Protection" contract I was given in my sale packets, there is a clause that says "THE PURCHASE OF THE THEFT PROTECTION PROGRAM IS VOLUNTARY AND IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR THE PURCHASE, LEASE OR FINANCING OF A COVERED VEHICLE". So, their actions were clearly against the terms they agreed to with the American Guardian Warranty Services company, and may be illegal. Also - I never signed this agreement - it just showed up in my sale docs unsigned. Nobody expects working with a car dealership to be sunshine and rainbows - but I have given them ample opportunity to address the issue regarding Kia Connect, which I should not be wasting my time with. I'm busy. They caused the problem, they need to get on with Kia Connect support and fix the problem they caused. If they hadn't created a fake profile for me, there would be no issue. I'm tired of wasting my time on this.

I was going to stop by there today to check out the Seltos but after reading the most recent reviews I guess I won't waste my time. I cannot stop laughing at John P. saying that Jim Sipala DOES NOT want to see you in a Kia. Hahahaha.

They lost the chance at my business. I went in to order a 2022 telluride. I got quoted 59.8k, Kia of Lancaster was a bit under 53k (just over msrp bc they offer you something, not just take a bunch of money to owe, hey I'll take a scratch/clear coat). What's the difference? Same car 1 hour away? That made me sick. Do your homework folks. Reddit is invaluable. There is a Kia telluride group on Reddit r/kiatelluride. They all tell you what's a good price vs shady/red flags/insulting. I don't think I will need to tell you what end of shade Jim S comes in vs the end Lancaster came in at, once you read the Reddit. You would have hoped the dealerships would read the forums when we all trade buy prices. It's like the reason businesses didn't want you trading salary info. It's only a gain to you the individual, not them the company. In the end... I ordered my beast from Lancaster, I'm really really excited. It's a great car! Remember, as cool as they can be at the trial (sales folks), when the numbers come up and they start almost 7k more than the competition... there is a bigger issue beyond the sales guy. You want to pay service at a place quoting that much more? (Trickle down economics there, they need to sell so high to cover whatever admin/overhead costs, they need to manufacture the costs to be higher) Oh my.... What could they charge for a standard oil change? It was a bad start for me sure, but it's good to find the organizations that are going to charge significantly over the norm from the rest. We need to make this car buying experience more supermarket esk, than house buying. If everyone in the country gets the same thing, it should be the same price. Not based on who can trick you more... Reddit... I think they paid to remove my review from google, it disappeared.

when I first got the car I told them I would put down 3,000 and that's it. I go back to dealer to get my oil changed they say I owe them $400 and some dollars so I just was like whate guess I will pay it still don't understand it! so I set up to take the payment out they never did on the dates they were supposed to now I'm in the hospital and not working and they just take full payment out 3 months later. And when I got my oil changed they brought the car out without the center caps so I said let me check everything else when I get home there was oil spilled on the motor and oil was over filled
