Store is always closed due to some issues!.
Order Spanish man is extremely rude!.
Older Caucasian man smokes cigarettes directly in the doorway!.
The store is unorganized and the only person ever doing ANYTHING is Ms.Vicky!.
She rings everyone she’s stocking and greets everyone while everyone else just sits around confused about what’s going on!. There was 3 people at the registers and the system went down while 4 people stood in line!. The Spanish male proceeds to rudely tell a customer she can’t buy anything because the system is down (as if that’s her fault)
CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!. And build a dollar tree, dollar general or anything else but what’s there now!

I work for the company I have beautiful assortment of things curtains and rug pictures appliances and more 6 years worth of beautiful items love it., pillows bathroom decor mirrors, tiles my home says it all

Worst experience ever in this store today. Miserable and mean older worker yelled at me and my kids. Kids will be kids and pull things off the shelves, I put everything back before he barged past me in the aisle and told me that I was just standing there watching them which is not true. I continued to shop even though I should have taken my business elsewhere. This man continued to follow us throughout the store checking to see if we were "behaving ". I will never shop here and if I could give this no stars I would. Teach your coworkers how to approach customers in a more respectful manner.

Family Dollar is a decent store. The problem as I see it is staffing. These stores are always understaffed, disorganized, and unkempt. Many times I've noticed that stock is parked in the isles with no one to putting it on the shelves. I suppose it's our current economic condition, and not really the fault of the store itself, but it's still unpleasant to see.

Decently stocked what isn't stocked is due to covid. Very wonderful staff and clean store lighting and layout could be better.

How comes nobody answers the phone and almost every day the cigerette cabinets broke more like people are to lazy to get up and get them going to Turkey Hill from now on place been a shithole since Shannon got fired
