So my vehicle started making a crazy noise, got off the next exit and ironically Arty's was very close. Not from the area so had no idea of where to go. Arty fitted me in and within a few hours I was on my way!!! Very professional and efficient. Also gave a military discount!!!

Scheduled appointment, then they said couldn't work on my vehicle I had to reschedule ,waited 2 weeks , waste of my time.

Had a great first time experience with Arty's Auto Service. I needed an alignment and they have in house alignment service at a competitive price. What I most appreciated though was that the garage manager took the time to come out and thoroughly address a concern I had about my vehicle. With it being the day before the 4th, there was a lot of work for him in the garage, but he took five unhurried minutes to alleviate my concern, and I really appreciated that. His knowledge and experience comes from many decades in the industry. Good to know there is a solid shop close by should I need a vehicle repaired.

I'm not from the area and my car broke down a few miles away from this shop. It was a pretty major repair, but the owner kept me in the loop the whole way through and everything was finished in a couple days time. As I went to pay for the repair, the owner also gave me a page of services that my vehicle needs for the future, as well as what the cost of each service will be once I get around to them. Never experienced a mechanic who went out of their way to help me out in ways they didn't have to as much as this one.
You're in good hands here.

Do not fall for “coolant flush” and “fuel system cleaning” unless car is actually experiencing faults related to coolant or injectors ! Then reconsider these warnings… anyway… My car was not in for anything remotely related to those systems. Maybe They just wanted to squeeze me for 500$ of charges to pay for garage lunchtime catering ?
Please Advise:
The 200$ “coolant flush” is a blanket nickel n dime charge they tried to push on me, but my radiator had just been replaced 2 weeks prior and the coolant was all fresh. So that was a lie to tell me it needed a flush/cleaning.
The 250$ “fuel system cleaning” was another blanket nickle and dime charge that they pushed, but they absolutely did not check my injectors as that would involve taking some actual work, like 15 min, to get to them in the back of my engine bay, which I HIGHLY doubt they do any investigative removal of fuel system components to inspect. So that was a lie to tell me “injectors are nearly clogged”. Update/ Upon inspection at home I saw no evidence of them removing the covers involved to get to the injector rail. ?

I took my car for inspection. I had to replace a tail light. No biggie, but when I took it back to have them slap on the stickers, they tried to charge me a “lift fee”. I asked why they had to put it on the lift to see my tail light. The lady at the desk said they didn’t put it on the lift. I said- “then I’m not paying this $&@$$ fee. They still gave me a hard time, but in the end I walked out with my stickers and didn’t pay their lift fee. What a joke- are you THAT HARD UP FOR MONEY?! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
No, this was not super recent, but definitely the right place. Nickle and dime for nothing… that’s why I haven’t brought any of my vehicles anywhere near your shop, and everyone should do the same. People don’t forget being treated that way, so maybe watch who you try to rip off.
