“I took my car in last week for a Check Engine light that suddenly appeared after getting gas. I stopped in to see if the service dept could help me and they sure did. I never like dealing with these service advisors cause they always try to rip you off, but I met Scott, a seasoned pro. He asked me a few questions and he immediately knew what the problem was. My Ford has no gas cap and the flap was dirty, allowing air to get in and setting off a code. He showed how to clean it and explained why it sometimes happens. “This was a hidden gem! First, they specialize in Hondas. I was having a problem with my timing belt. They noticed and wisely advised me to leave it there. They were not only able to correctly identify the problem, but squeezed me into an already packed schedule. They had new belts n pumps on in a day, and had the car ready for me the next day! I would not always expect service like this, but they saw the bind I was in and helped out big time. Would highly recommend! Service was great, and the prices right... Thank you again!”
