I'm an independent light haul carrier and they were not so friendly. They kept asking me over and over what I was picking up when I gave them the invoice which they kept.I rent equipment according to load dimension and because I wasn't driving what they usually deal with they treated me different. I talked to the shippers about that so they would choose different company next time.I do believe ppl are hating on independent haulers due to brokers taking lots of money from trucking companies, but that's not my problem. It's hard working for yourself and these ppl make it harder.

Very bad experience with this company. Horrible communication here. They act nice to your face and behind your back it's a different story. Jealous veteran employees who treat new people like they don't matter. Your "training" is a joke.First day on the job I was exposed to covid-19 and wasn't told about it until 3 days after the company knew about it and I found out from the employee that was training me when he texted me and told me.Getting the run around is what it seems this place is good for and then when you don't want to work in a position that you did not apply for and did not get hired for, they will find every reason to get rid of you.I had feeling last week when I denied working in the box truck division that come Monday I would not have a job here because that's where it would have suited them to put me. Disgusting and unprofessional in my opinion.

Air Ground delivered a table and chairs to my home. They worked around my work schedule to deliver the set when it was convenient for me. The driver was courteous and professional. Not one issue with the delivery. Thank you!
