Hours on Google do not reflect actual hours which include a lunch from 2-3 when they are closed. Wasted my time when I could have went to another location.

Always a very long line when they're actually open, but for some reason this is the only post office I've ever encountered that closes before 5pm and is (frequently!) randomly closed with no notice. The last 3 times I tried to utilize it during normal business hours, it was closed, and I have only lived in town for 6 weeks. Go literally anywhere else if you are a small business owner trying to get packages out in a timely manner. It's a real shame, I had such a positive experience with my old post office! No wonder more and more small businesses are shipping with Fedex and UPS instead.

This branch has 3 employees total that all have proved unhelpful time and time again. Please consider hiring new staff.

Their hours fluctuate whenever they feel like coming to work and opening the doors. You're going to find a lot of hormonal angry white women working here who I believe white women are 10 times more agitated prejudice and their brains are affected by the covid because they have such nasty attitudes you just want to reach across the counter and smack them and I think a lot of people feel that way of all races and all athletic backgrounds. For some reason college educated white women are being the most rudest people especially through the judicial system, the police departments and the courthouses in Pennsylvania. It's like they think they're in charge even if they're not and they feel they can treat you any way they want to so in reaction we must treat them the way we think we need to just show them they're not talking to their husbands or their daughters

I'll drive to the springfield 19064 PO because the people who work in CH are NOT helpful and always seem like they're in a really bad mood. Or at least angry that I ask them something! Besides the fact that the place is ALWAYS a mess as well as being dirty, liked it's never been cleaned. Hopefully I'll be moving soon.

Very rude employees who come off as not wanting to be bothered by anyone. My package was suppose to arrive today and so, I checked the website and it said that my package was at the post office. I walked there to give them the tracking number and see if it was there and, the older man working was SO unwilling to help me and had an attitude. Looked nothing up for me. I know they can do it because they had checked for me before. He just didn't wanna be bothered. He's not the only rude person working here. I guess this is what you get in Clifton heights...UPDATE 07/01/21 NOTHING has changed. The old man with white hair and glasses is so disrespectful to customers who ask for assistance. Makes me very unconformable. Get rid of that a**hole

If you're interested in being harassed, definitely stop by Clifton Heights USPS. They're really into bullying you for shipping more than 8 packages with a pre-paid label. It's not an actual policy, just one Clifton Heights created.

The service was good by an exceptional employee, but the overall service of the USPS is by no means exceptional. It is downright devastasting. Our mail is routinely late, sometimes not delivered, I mean first class mail for days. My family has gone a whole week without mail. And my packages, the tracking says it will be delivered today and I don't receive it until two days from now if I'm lucky. No, a good Post office is a thing of the past. Too bad, it used to be a great place to send mail and packages. Not anymore!

Staff at PO are decent but the carrier’s mostly subs are horrible today he threw my package from about 20 feet onto my steps . Contained valuable items , just pure laziness.

The staff at the front desk do not get the seriousness of the virus that is going around, you go in for a package/stamps they are wearing mask and gloves and putting their hands in their face, scathing their head, handling their mask and handling your packages, if you are doing what is asked of you (wear mask, keep your hands away from your face, stay 6 inches apart, etc.). THEY SHOULD BE DOING THE SAME. NASTY.
