I love this daycare. Since my kids transitioned to this facility. They come home happy!!! They wake up excited! They are attentive, clean, and send me updates throughout the day. They also have a temperature checker the little ones walk up to. My kids love coming here. My 1 & 2 year old wake up excited to come to school. This was my first choice but due to Covid they weren’t accepting kids when I wanted to put them in last year.Staff is amazing as well. Very helpful and informative.Thank you Smart from the start!!

I love this daycare! I was extremely nervous to send my baby to daycare, especially during the pandemic, but I’m very blessed to have found this daycare. The staff is friendly, the owner is very hands on, and many of the teachers have been at this facility for a very long time as well. Excellent location for me and the trolley and bus run right up the street. Gated play area, the building has surveillance cameras, they do temperature checks, and tons of sanitizer for everyone. My daughter has developed a lot since she started here too. I just want to thank everyone, including the director, for treating my child as if she was their own ?

This daycare is one of the best daycare my son ever attended or let just say the best ever!!!very restricted, clean, professional and very caring staff. My son luv the daycare so much and can'tsto talking aboutit.can't wait for him to start attending again ?CCIS closed my case unknown to me and his spot was taking before settling with CCIS. Hopefully the wait over soon because I will luv my 3 months old to attend as well. Best daycare ever!! They deserve five star ?

Worst daycare out there. I'm embarrassed for this place. My sons came home constantly throwing up all over themselves immediately after being picked up. I was told one of them was changed right before he was handed to me and he clearly smelled so I had to change him in the car outside the daycare. They constantly gave me other children's clothes because it was labeled on the tag and other stuff went missing. They had the wrong formula for my boys in the beginning. When I reported an issue about the boys coming home just puking up clear liquid and the fact that they were just consistently coming home with scratches or not even being given a daily report unless it was filled out inaccurately last minute. They were feeding them 4oz every two hours completely unnecessary. This place is bottom of the barrel and dirty. Let's not forget the lady up front Alexis (supervisor) is rude as hell and never gave a single fuck about my kids or what was going on with her teachers.

My daughter went when it was Apple Pie and she was there through its transition. Aside from the time she wet herself I had no issues. I traveled a great deal on public transportation to get to and from because I wasn't comfortable with other childcare facilities. When she started school I continued to enroll her in the summer camp. This was almost 10 years ago though...

My daughter started this year at smart from the start and couldn't of been happier with the choice. My daughter is 5 years old and the teacher they have is not a glorified baby sitter. She's GREAT! Her name is Ms Petra. Decades experience teaching. Teaching my daughter plenty of creative skills. Practices great manners. She's improved my daughter's hand writing. She keeps the class busy all day. Jeff, the owner is pretty cool down to earth to!

In all honesty it’s pretty much just like any AFFORDABLE daycare. You know most workers are getting paid average so some workers only put in average work. You come across issues from time to time with some being resolved and some only resolved for a short period of time. Some workers don’t have the best attitudes but for the most part staff has been friendly. What I do really like though is the big outside play space. We all know how important it is for kids to run off their energy and not be stuck inside all day. Most days I pick my 3 year old up when he is playing outside, so I know the space is being utilized. Since COVID hit you can’t go in the building much at all so I can’t really tell what all my kid is learning. I can only go off of what activities/drawling’s he brings home, what he can tell me (he’s 3) and sometimes the songs he sings. I also have a 6 month old there. I can say staff seem to adore him & he hasn’t had a diaper rash, which is a plus from a daycare. They also give a daily report which is especially helpful since communication has been harder now. All in all it has its pros and cons, just like any facility but my kids are still attending so the pros outweigh the cons.

My 2 daughters attended this daycare for the past 4 years. I had to . It was always professional and safe environment. You’ll be assured to know your children are their number one priority. You can’t go wrong choosing this daycare

My daughter has had a good experience transitioning from being at home to a child care center. The staff are responsive to my questions and ensure my child is well cared for. She's learned a great deal in a short time.

My son attended to Smart From The Start for 3 years, then he had to go to Kindergarten. He was a shy boy, but his teachers were nurturing and that helped to boost his self confidence. He was excited to try new things and wasn't shy anymore.

My son has been there since he was 3 months and he loves his teachers . He enjoys playing with his friends and going outside. The playground is huge and safe. The location is great and their hours are very accommodating.

My daughter has been attending Smart From the Start for four years. The staff are pleasant, the facility is clean, and I feel very safe dropping my child off knowing there is a code and buzzer upon entrance and exit. The facility having their very own large playground is plus because my child does not have to walk and travel the community for fun. They have their own pick up and drop off service for before and aftercare. And the best part of it all is camp! The children go swimming weekly and on trips often then any other camp in my neighborhood. My daughter loves it here. I wouldn’t have my child anywhere else.
