I was there yesterday got my phone fixed the guy Arjun over there helped me out with the network issue where other stores they didn't even listen my issue and tried to sell the phone.I was here he fixed my phone and saved my money $$$

" Be Careful"Came here on January 31st to get home Internet, the guy that works there is name "Arjun" was the person helping me with the set up...As the process went on he asked me for my information, ID and passwords to set everything up! Seemed sospicius he asked for my ID when he was already in my account looking at everything but let it slide...At the end of the process he asked me for payment of $174.58 and asked me if I was paying cash or card I told him card and proceeded to pay. Asked him for a receipt and he told I should get a text with my receipt (got more suspicius) asked him again for a real paper receipt and he answered me with the same answer of I should getting one by text. Never got a text with my receipt...Decided to go yesterday (1st of February) to demand my receipt and look what he charged me after all the suspicious stuff he had done during the whole process since I never got a receipt in the first place or via text...He wouldn't give me a receipt or show me what he had charged me and right away offered me my money back... asked for the owner number as I wanted clarification on the matter but he didn't want to give it to me.Come to find out he shouldn't had charged me $174.58 in the first place by going to another store to confirm it. But most importantly on why he didn't give a receipt or what he was trying to hide. The vibe I got from there is very Shady and almost got scammed!!

DO NOT purchase at this store. They do not provide proper customer that is stated in their company policy. They sold us a phone with a virus on it And blamed us of course. And they wont back up their products or return policy. We went to the store, just needing a simple cheaper phone just to use for basic functions. After being talked to by the most horrible sales person i ever encountered, we got phone and left. My friend is inpaired and was treated poorly and discriminated against. within minutes of leaving store, we noticed that some of the functions were not working properly. We figured it was some thing with the service not the phone. Went back to store, which most people know how that goes. But we were greeted with the same AHole who said.. you ready for this... He said "did you come back with enough money this time to buy a real phone"!!!! Wow. My friend is impaired. he used derogatory comments and was verbally abusive. And offered no help. We tried for a few weeks to fix, called 3 times for metro support. Nothing was done and as usual, they keep bouncing it back n forth from store to customer service. In the end, he blamed us for causing virus and wont help. i blame him for virus as it happened the minute we left store day we bought it. Im not done with this as I cant stand by and watch people with disabilities get taken advantage of. But please do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

If i could give a zero i would, they charged my dad 68 dollars for a device swap, raised his bill with protection and other features on the account without his knowledge and when ask they said “im trained to do that”

I've been a long time customer been coming to this store for many years & Jay has the best customer service representative up to date. I am well pleased and well recommend this location of metro to my friends and family because of Jay's great customer service. ?

Didn't get the guys name but he helped me again. Everytime I go to this one, he always helps. Good service compared to others in the area. Sharon hill and collingdale to be precise.

I am never someone that complains but this is ridiculous, this is the 4th time coming to this specific store and they are always disappointing me. Yesterday Two customers came in while I was coming and they already talking to them saying why are they close if the store shouldn’t even be closing if there’s still 20 minutes left before closing. This is not the first time and they literally left. Anytime I have a problem they say all the problems that they don’t know we have to go to the one on Market street. This is something they need to fix because they expect us to pay our phone bills, buy their products and this is their services! I literally rushed out of work just to find out they are closing when it’s not even CLOSING TIME! Wasting my gas for nothing so that I have to go somewhere else to see if they can help. Unbelievable ??

I CAN'T BELIEVE U THINK THIS IS A CORPORATE STORE TOO, DON'T U NO WAT STORES U SELL!!U WANT ANOTHER CHANCE THEN ANSWER THIS, I PAY AN EXTRA $5 MONTHLY FOR INSURANCE N MY PHONE BATTERY SWELLED UP N SINCE THERE'S NO CORPORATE STORE N THE NEAREST CORPORATE STORE IS NEW YORK, HOW DO I GET ANOTHER PHONE BECAUSE THESE FRANCHISE STORES WON'T REPLACE MY PHONE I PAY INSURANCE FOR!!

worst store ever! try to sell you the worst phones. and if your not buying anything they don't want to help. lied and said it would take a month if i paid cash to use my insurance because my phone was stolen. the dude was just lazy and didn't want to do his job!
