I came to Marella's because I needed two rings resized and the shank replaced and enlarged on two other rings. Bob was very helpful and had my items all done in about a week. Reasonable price, good work, clean rings! Would not hesitate to return here for future needs.

I brought in a 1976 Seiko for a band replacement (the spring bars were old and gunked up from previous owner), and the gentleman swapped out the band for me, and also took the band off of ANOTHER old Seiko I have. He was knowledgable and VERY reasonably priced.
I will be using him for all of my watch servicing/repairs from now on.

This is a Mom & Pop store with lite inventory in house, but Mr. Sniras will order what you want and get it to you at a lower price than other jewelers. My Tissot watch battery stopped working last night and I was able to walk in to Marella's this morning and have it repaired in about two minutes for $8. Excellent, efficient, and affordable service I'd high recommend.

Very good experience, jeweller kind and polite, caring attitude,professional , my watch was repaired within the time frame, I had transportation problems, one of his customers, Katie took me home- a wonderful person, thanks to her. I dropped off a couple pieces jewelry to get repaired and I’ve been coming everyday at all different hours (between the 10-2 that they are open) for one week to pick them up and the place is never open and no one is answering the phone. This is very unprofessional.
