“My husband and I joined this gym because it was around the corner from our condo in callowhill. I have to say, without a doubt, it was the best gym ever. This gym felt like an extension of our house, it was casual and had every piece of equipment you would need. I only like cardio and free weights and they had it all! I would recommend to anyone to become a member. Also, it was extremely affordable in an otherwise inflated economy. Thanks for keeping your prices fair! We moved out of Philly, but we will miss this gym!!”

“Jabz changed my workout life! From an accommodating range of class times, 7 days a week to daily workouts mapped out for me! I love working out but I'm not good at mapping a workout regimen fit for me. JABZ does that for me which makes working out more fun! The coaches are my favorite part of my workout! From music selection to coaching in a way that motivates each and everyone in the class, not to mention the constant encouragement to push myself to my limits! “I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and I knew I needed to make a life change ASAP! I came across Main Line Total Fitness and called them and had the pleasure to speaking with Ed (owner). Immediately I knew this is where I belonged. Ed told me to come in that day and he along with Tray (Trainer) got me set up with a plan that was conducive to my condition and schedule. I’ve been here for two weeks and loss body fat and gained muscle which has decreased the inflammation in my body! I feel stronger and I feel supported here. This club cares about their people. I feel blessed to be here and I am excited to see my health journey into the new year.”

“I've been with Fight Shape for over 8 years and I couldn't be happier! I'm in the best shape of my life and stronger than I've ever been. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They push you to work your hardest and you will see results. The other members are super friendly and welcoming. It doesn't matter what shape you are in - there is no judgment! I do it all - large group classes, small group training, and one on one training. They offer a great variety and I can always work a workout into my schedule. I highly recommend trying it out!”

“I have been going to steelworks for a few months now and i have loved my experience so far. The coaches have all been great, the sense of community between the other gym goers has been amazing as well. I use to dread going to the gym and viewed it as a chore but since switching to Steelworks it’s been fresh and exciting. Everyday holds something different. “LOVE this place and these people! Morning, daytime, evening and week-end classes are available to accommodate everyone. That was especially important to me, because I like to attend a 90 minute Bikram class, every single day and my schedule is very rocky! I find all of the instructors Chalise, Justin, Alana, Chris, Neil, accomplished, attentive and so approachable. I use modifications, because I have joint replacements and shoulder cuff surgeries.All of the staff are open and friendly .One of the co-ownwers, Andy, has asked the Focus community, to take walks with me, when I could not take classes and was healing. He expressed his warm wishes for me to heal and come back, because I had shoulder surgery. The community engaged, chimed in and have really helped out! Focus is inclusive in every way and members bring their children, as well as their parents. I feel very blessed to have connected with Focus Bryn Mawr!”

“After a long day of work, it's easy to walk in the door and not have to think of what workout I am going to do. By not thinking it helps me mentally know I'm game for whatever workout is thrown my way. The coaches always make class energetic and fun the second we start to when we are done. I am always learning something new and being able to push myself more than I would myself. “I have been a member since opening day June 2018. I love coming here! I feel great after Gina’s class! She is a great instructor and also very patient. She has great techniques and I look forward to each class.

Stacey’s classes are never boring! She incorporates bands and weights into her workout, which I love! I definitely sweat in her class every time!!! Definitely 5 star class!!!

Abby’s classes are 5 stars as well! She includes everything from Barre to weights to bands. She also shows modifications to those who are a little physically impaired. I always feel great and well stretched when done her class. Definitely 5 stars!”
