“Mostly nice and friendly employees, and Omar is the best! I stop in at least once a day, and this is a very convenient store for me. The prices are, however, about twice the price of a supermarket. The parking lot has been full of broken glass and trash since I can remember, and needs to be kept clean for looks as well as everyone's safety. My experiences for the most part have been very good.”
“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Easy, quick, and quality service. We found an old vhs tape of my late grandmother who had recently passed away-I was searching for ways to convert it and stumbled on Zim’s. I gave it to Mike Tuesday night and it was ready by the next day. I received a USB drive, my old tape, and instructions on how to use the flash drive. Mike really thought of everything to make this the smoothest experience for his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back when I find more tapes”

“I came to this location 3 years ago and they were so helpful on helping me upgrade. I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. I love my new phone!”

We had some questions regarding our plan, phones, payments, and many more and we stopped by the T-Mobile in Media, PA (where we live) and we were blown away by the service T-Mobile Team Media provided to us. “Happy after visiting WWS. Great staff with good knowledge of hifi. Was looking for bookshelf speakers for my medium room. They had Focals Dynaudio Klipsch B&W mainly for demo at Ardmore store. And a wide variety of Integrateds for demo. Yamaha, MCIntosh, Nad, Cambridge, Marantz when I visited. Decided to get a B&W after auditioning for 30 mins. Pretty impressed. Thanks Ryan and Tommy.”
