Paid for super inside and out . Didn’t vacuum seats, didn’t wipe dashboard or anything else, left the wheel dripping blue, which splattered all over my white car after the wash.

They did a pretty good job for interior, exterior clean. The price was affordable and I'm satisfied with my service so I will be going back k when I need a reset.

Worst experience ever in car wash history. Very bad and rude service, lady front desk was soo rude and careless. She doesn’t have any customer service manners. Will not recommend and never come back. Bad people bad service. Paid over $40 and doesn’t look like I get a vacuum or car wash done.

I have paid for full service in and out. They never clean my trunk. They just left it as it’s dirty. They never touch it. What a disgrace to pay full price plus we tip them and they still managed to trick you

Never coming back to this place and I will definitely not recommend this place. Absolutely not.

Theft at its laziest. Cannot believe how bold they were at stealing either.
Today I decided to give them a try. There is always a line blocking traffic, so I figured they must be good. Bought the deluxe inside and out and paid for the inside leather package.
As I am waiting, I see them holding personal items from my car. One specifically a custom engraved Marine Corps pocket knife that I had hidden in my pocket on the back of my seat. But it was hanging on the back of my detailers back pocket. As they were 10-15 feet in front of me as I watched and waited.
I thought it was weird that my knife was hanging openly on his back pocket since it was in an inside pocket of my car. and figured he would just return it when done. But I snapped a picture just in case. Picture is attached.
I'm glad I did take a picture though. They finished (again 10-15 feet in front of me) and started walking away when I confronted them about stealing from my car. They denied, shrugged their shoulders and walked away backwards. I approached him, reached behind him and pulled my knife from his pocket. He laughed and walked away, the other cleaners all laughed too and were shouting something in Spanish as if they thought it was funny that he was caught. But he kept laughing as he was walking away.
I'll never return. Lazy theft practices that were clear to multiple employees. Still can't believe it was hanging on the outside of his pocket and they did it with me standing right there.
The quality was nothing to brag about either. They didn't vacuum everything so the polish for the seats and dash was rubbing around the dust and dirt since it all wasn't vacuumed off.
I would avoid this place.

Paid for a full inside and outside wash, including rubber matt cleaning. Not only did they not clean the rubber matts (and had to be asked again to do so), but the hood of my car was still full of debri, even after pointing it out to them. A waste of time and money coming here.

I have been going the more than 10 years but the guy are not good as a was before but they don't do good jobs it's has been very bad experience the money you pay don't get the service .jobs wash outside my car no vacuum cleaner I feel so bad about this. My windows wasn't clean good I regret why I when the this morning.

I hadn't been here since "pre-pandemic". I must say prices are still great and the car wash is still a good look. I love that they have a mailbox for tipping the workers and no one is huddled up outside your window. Will definitely be spending my spring and summer here getting my vehicle cleaned.

I would give no stars if there was an option. I went yesterday after work to get my car washed. I got a full service inside and out clean. They vacuum your car and clean your windows. Well as soon as I got home I noticed every window was smudged and dirty. It looked worse then before I went. I will never go there again. I wish I didn’t tip them. What a terrible job.

Every time I come here the experience gets worst! The customer service is awful! I only been there twice! I can do a better job myself! I was better off going up the street to the do it yourself car wash! For the money I paid to have it done at this place! At least the customer service is good and you don’t mind leaving a tip! I will not be returning and I advise you to take you money and you time where it will be appreciated!
