“This shop goes above and beyond! We brought our car in for body repair covered by insurance. Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! “I looked all over the DMV for a company that routinely installed alarms on sprinter vans. Could not find anyone there, look further out and found Pat. Well worth the drive. Pat did a great job with installing the alarm on my 2018 sprinter van. Extremely knowledgeable, educates along the way. Wound up getting a new stereo while I was there. Pat didn’t even mind the supervisor hanging out in the shop watching.He even went out of his way to get a part that didn’t come in on the shipment to finish the install after hours, where most shops would have closed for the day.”
“When i got there i thought i couldnt fit down the driveway but you have more then enough room. I got my ram 1500 windshield on 42 percent and matched my two front windows perfectly. The 42 percent on the front is a great choice because it is light enough to see at night but dark enough to keep sun out during the day and not let people see in too well. She does use a good brand of paper compared to others the paper is thick not flimsy which she did show me. All around great job i would go again.”

“I've been using Jim’s Detailing for years for my window tinting needs, and Gabe always delivers excellent results at a fair price and in a timely manner. Over the years, Jim’s Detailing has worked on various cars for me, including a Ford F150, two Teslas, several Mercedes Benz vehicles, and more. Regardless of the vehicle, the tinting is always perfect. Additionally, they applied PPF to my Tesla, which has done a fantastic job protecting the front of the car and has held up well for the year and a half it's been on.
I recently had another car done, and as always, the service and quality were outstanding. For those considering window tint percentages, I recommend 15% for excellent privacy that isn’t too dark to see through at night. I’ve tried 20% before and found it too light, especially with a light-colored interior. Jim’s Detailing remains my go-to for window tinting and PPF needs and I highly recommend tk friends, family and colleagues alike. Thanks Jim’s Detailing and Gabe!”

“I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.”

“Dan tinted my Lexus windows about 4 years ago and they have remained in mint condition since then. They have not bubbled or faded at all and this is on my daily driver. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to find a shop to get their's done as well. “The best with the best prices. I've been going to cutting edge since I was a teenager. I'm now in my 30s. The guy that's there is amazing and does fast work. My hood popped up on me and shattered my window this time. Not only did he fix the window he attempted to even look for a new hood for me. You really can't beat the prices either. Definitely the cheapest around plus if you're in the area it's a local business. I much rather help out a local rather then a bug chain. Thank you again for doing a great job and not robbing people on the price.”

“Funny enough, I went over 45 years of my life without getting a broken windshield and I have literally had three windshield replacements on two different vehicles in the last three years. Every single time I went to Safelite on Baltimore Pike in Springfield and they have always, done an amazing job. They communicate throughout the entire process, you receive text messages with updates. And typically the vehicles are done in about an hour. I have never done the at home service as personally I just feel that they may do a better job in their own shop, but my three experiences at their shop have been great”
