Took my car here to for a simple diagnostic. He tried to overcharge me $300 for something we discussed that would be only $200. While trying to pay him and retrieve my car, racial slurs and comments were given. He was obviously high or under the influence of a substance. While discussing the car, he put his hands on me and then got on his hands and knees and apologized to my husband. After reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. They have refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing and I would never return. I would not recommend the shop to any African-American people. You should not be allowed to be work on cars if you are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, major safety hazard ‼️ *I also attached a picture because I cannot attach a video of him on his hands and knees APOLOGIZING and begging for forgiveness ! The racism is ridiculous. Another employee also witnessed the incident and had nothing to say to his “HIGH” coworker and knew he was in the wrong. Never have I ever experienced such a OPENLY RACIST EVENT !

These guys are absolutely top notch. They've taken such good care of my car. Everytime I call they always try to make sure they can see me. Oil changes, inspections, tires rotated, the whole gamut. And they're fast and fair. I highly recommend them!

This place was recommended to me b/c my mechanic was slammed and couldn't fix my car quickly which was getting towed after breaking down on the road. at first they seemed great and fixed the issue when check engine light came back on they replacied first part he installed as a warranty job due to diagnostic code. After that he basically wan nothing to do with it and told me to take it to my regular mechanic, who I've been going to for over 30 years and trust completely. He told me the part was a cheap part and when he replaced it with a quality part check engine light was gone. problem solved. thankfully he only charged his cost for part but still basically paid for same repair twice thanks to this guy. BEWARE -It could happen to you!!

We pulled in because our brakes went while we were driving past and they took our car immediately and fixed it while we waited it took 30 minutes he changed our brakes and calibers and the prices were fair . I would absolutely use them again.?????????

Cal is very kind, helpful, and communicative. He sends pictures of damage and lets me know what's going on with my vehicle. This time, he replaced my tire which had a screw in the lining, got an oil change, and did a full vehicle check up because I had just recently bought the car used. He also took my car to the car wash. I'd highly recommend Cal's automotive!Services: Tires

Moved from Philly to Drexel Hill in 2007 and found this auto repair shop and I can say it was the best experience I've had getting my car fixed. They were knowledgeable and their prices fair. I moved from the area some years later back to the city and I still recommend them to family and friends and I will continue using them as long as I'm close enough to Delco.Services: Oil change
