“Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. “As a first timer. CC was an amazing experience. Staff were friendly and professional. They send me a progress report every Tuesday and Thursday and if there is any question that i have, someone is there to answer the call and answer my question regarding the repair every single time. One top of that they do work with the car rental service so they pick you up from CC back to their store to fill out paper work and after your car is completely repaired, you can leave the keys with CC and have your rental service come pick it up. They’ve made everything hassle free. Highly recommended”
