The quality of customer service was lousy, to say the least. The person I spoke with sound like he did not really want to perform the repairs. They told me, "We do not work on electrical issues." Horrible service.

Went here to get my fingerprint taken through IndentoGo and every person I talked to was completely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment made for 8:50 am and they said I made an appointment to walk-in which made no sense. Had me sit there for three hours just to tell me I have to sit and wait another 2-3 hours for something that takes 10 minutes. Won’t be coming back.

Staff is very rude. I do not recommend coming here for any services you will be waiting an absurd amount of time and Appointments aren’t honored

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! I Took my 2009 Honda Civic to Clifton Heights Pa location for a car inspection on 5/13/2024 . First time ever coming here, I came because I was told members get discounts for car services. After my car was look at, I was told by associate that I need numerous things repair . My inspection did not pass because I need major work in order to past inspection. I knew immediately it was a lie because I take good care of my car . I was told I needed back brakes, defroster repair, windshield wipers , control arm left and right, steering etc etc . Estimate total of repair work was $1670. My gut feelings inside was saying this can’t be true . So glad I follow my gut feeling. So the next day I took it to my local shop to get re- inspected. Guess what I PASSED. The guy who inspected my car said it’s nothing wrong with your car . They didn’t find not 1 thing wrong . My gut feelings was correct about AAA. Bunch of lies and scams. Either they like to take advantage of women or they trying to met there dollar quotas for the day. I will never , ever take my car to this place again. Not even for a oil change. It’s really a shame how you guys give customers false reports just to make money . I am also going to report you guys to BBB. After reading other reviews , it seems like you guys have repeat history of doing this for people who come on for inspection . You guys don’t even deserve 1 star. If I can give no stars I would but doing a reviewing it will not allow me to . So disappointed in your location . It so wrong to just take people hard working money knowing nothing isn’t wrong with the car.

In and out, the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had getting My drivers license picture taken. The man taking the pictures was an absolute doll.

I have used this AAA location over the past 20 years off and on, and have been pretty happy with their services. However, this year during an annual inspection of my 2012 Chrysler with 95K miles on it, the technician failed it for "leaking struts". They mentioned the same thing when I had some fluids changed there six months ago. I was highly suspicious. The car rides like a dream and does not bounce, and I never saw any leakage when I rotate my tires. I noticed there was no one else in the waiting room that day, and they immediately gave me a quote of $1000 for new struts...so I began to get suspicious they were just looking for work. I mentioned that I was selling the car this year, and didn't want to put any big money into it. I also knew that leaking struts was a judgment call on the technicians part. The technician said to my face they were leaking and that he couldn't pass it. I did not want aftermarket struts on my car, so I left with just an emissions sticker. When I got home, I jacked up the front end and took pictures of the struts, and sent them to David Dodge Chrysler Jeep on route 202 for my favorite technician there to look at. He got back to me, saying that from the pictures they look good, but I need to bring it into them and they'll inspect the car to see if they're safe. I did, and he confirmed they were safe and not leaking, and I got the inspection sticker. I'm disappointed in AAA, and I'll probably never go back to them for any kind of service on my car again.

This place is a total joke. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen...I would never go back here again. I attempted to get a camera card. I waiting for an hour after watching people who came in after me get service. I was told I was next in line. the Reps are basically sitting around milking the clock...carrying on with extended conversations to avoid doing work. GO TO THE DMV AS PAINFUL AS IT IS......
