It started off a great relationship but some reason after the job was done afterwards the owner just started giving the cold shoulder even attempted to conduct more business. Honesty plays a role just be straight forward with your customer instead of leaving them in the wind rather receive critiscm.

David is a good guy. He and his team works hard to make sure you have what you need. He would stay a little later if I could get to his store by closing time.
