Always such friendly and helpful staff. I got non-menthol vape juice when I asked for iced and it was very weak in flavor. I contacted the manager (which I hardly ever do on ANY occasion) and he offered to make it right. I live 25 minutes away and this was my 3rd trip here this week but with the exceptional service you get every time, it's always worth it!

Very first time buying a vape there for my fiance and I. The guy that helped me out was very friendly and very knowledgable about their products and helped us pick out the best vapes that would satisfy our needs. Ended up getting 2 of the vaporesso vapes with extra pods and 2 bottles of juice. Will def be coming back here for all of our vape needs!!

The staff here is so very helpful. Very courteous. I always seem to get the same young man, which is great, because he is so nice. He always answers any questions I have and makes suggestions when I ask. He's the best! Not sure what his name is but he has short dark hair with gauges in his ears.

Great selection and always well stocked. I never know what flavor I want because I like to change it up. I’ve never had a bad suggestion from the staff. I’m debating on switching to a pod system vape and have full trust that they will be able to help me find what I want. Only thing I haven’t been able to figure out is how to check my points, I’m guessing it can only be done in store but I always forget when I’m there.

We stopped by there for vape products, such as juices and coils for my youngest son's vape. I had a difficult time figuring out which one vape juice I wanted, but I finally figured out which one I wanted.
