I called to find out if they could fill a specific medication for me and they told me they couldn’t give that information. This pharmacy is so unhelpful and almost act like they are doing you a favor as if the service was free. I called Rite aid in Lebanon and they were able to provide me with the information I needed. This place should get some customer service training.

I love this Rite Aide, but it feels like the hours change constantly and really should be updated on the website as well as at the door. If it’s not the pharmacy hours changing it’s the store hours, And it’s always just a piece of paper with those updates. I know staffing is an issue everywhere and this isn’t their fault, but whomever updates the website should be keeping up with the constant changes more effectively.

Went to get the Shingles Vaccine. Presented my insurance card to your staff she responded that this isn't insurance it's a discount card. I have Altrua HealthShare which is not a discount card it's a Christian HealthShare. When asked again if anything was covered she responded no it's a discount card. You should train your employees better so they don't embarrass customers they way this one did. Oh by the way upon calling Altrua the vaccine is covered.

Lisa was wonderful and so was the other staff. I’m from out of state with scripts that have to be confirmed with my doctor at home, plus they’re workers comp paid. Lisa had them confirmed and filled within an hour. I also have an expensive inhaler to be filled that she called my home pharmacy to get the script and special order it. It was also done the same day and it’ll be here tomorrow. It’s hard to find an out of state pharmacy you can trust but this one has over-delivered. Thank you for excellent healthcare.

I noticed a digital store coupon for receiving my booster shot. At checkout it did not work. The associate took the time to manually input the discount. She was extremely helpful and caring. This store appears to take customer service seriously.

The website lets you schedule a tetanus shot, choose a timeframe, but when you drive all the way to the store they will tell you, "sorry we cant do it today please reschedule for a different day."

The sign outside cleona store said walk ins welcome for flu shots. When my husband and I walked in today to get our shot we were told there was no availability for walk ins for weeks. Clerk at pharmacy was extremely short and rude and very unapologetic when I told her the sign outside the store said walk ins welcome. She just repeated that "we're all booked up, you'll have to go elsewhere" and walked away. Wow. I was polite but really didn't want to be. Terrible customer service... Never again

I went in today to get cashback and the lady refused me because I would have needed to do it twice (like I have done at this location before) and I had to leave and go somewhere else. It was a very elderly lady who just seemed to lazy to do it for me.
