“The Pharmacy Store Manager's called me the Cherry Candy Man. Everytime I entered the pharmacy store, I always asked about the cherry candy, and they always informed me that they are waiting on the shipment.We'll, they contacted me in regards to the candy, and I drove to the location and purchased 5 bags of cherry candy.The next day, I walked in, and I were trying to disguise myself and walked down the aisle and picked up the 6th bag of cherry candy and the manager caught me with the 6th bag of cheery candy, as I was trying to get to the cashier.Everyone who worked in the store and the pharmacy are all professional and courteous. The employees are there to help you when you are in need.Thank you, Rite Aid”

“Am I the only CVS prescription customer that has the utmost appreciation for the pharmacist? Eric is doing an amazing job, with all that he has been handed. 1st it was Covid and the trickling down effects it is still causing. Shorthanded with staff, shipment delays, rudest customers in Lebanon Co., but all the while keeping his dignity and due deligence to assure his customers are getting their needs met. Kudos to Eric for doing such an amazing job at my CVS pharmacy. I appreciate you. P. S you deserve to close that window and take an hr. lunch being the only 1 their from store open till store close.”
“People shouldn't dis pharmacy workers or even store workers. Any faults or problems should mostly be laid at the feet of the manager of your local store. In lebanon we have a manager who refuses to get more handicap carts for those of us unable to walk far. Going on almost 6 years now. But it's all we have these days as the smaller stores prices are too high so live with it. It's either quality or price can't have both”

“Just because the pharmacist needs to eat, doesn't mean the pharmacy should be closed. There are other people there who can check you out while you're getting your prescriptions. The pharmacist doesn't have to be there just for us to pick up our prescriptions. This is ridiculous that you are closed even though there are employees that can handle it.”

“I went into this Cvs expecting the worst based on other reviews but I can honestly say my experience was very different. I went on my lunch break and don't have a very long lunch. The lady pharmacist expressed it could be up to 30 minutes. I told her i was on my lunch break.. but i wasn't expecting special treatment. My prescription was done in 5 minutes. I am very pleased..hopefully they will continue to service their customers this way. Thank you for exceeding expectations.”
“In the 4 years coming to this CVS we have never encountered a rude employee. They always ask if we need any help. ...ask questions at checkout to see if we need anything...provide information about any coupons we use. We say they all deserve a 10 rating..especially Michael and Jodi in the pharmacy!!”

“Lisa was wonderful and so was the other staff. I’m from out of state with scripts that have to be confirmed with my doctor at home, plus they’re workers comp paid. Lisa had them confirmed and filled within an hour. I also have an expensive inhaler to be filled that she called my home pharmacy to get the script and special order it. It was also done the same day and it’ll be here tomorrow. It’s hard to find an out of state pharmacy you can trust but this one has over-delivered. Thank you for excellent healthcare.”
