The only giant in the area where you can buy ethnic & unique ingredients like in my case? frozen Octopus & I even saw some fresh lobster. I usually go to the Hershey location which has a great seafood selection of its own but this one to my un-usual suprise has a few interesting picks to choose from along with a friendly service. I'm suprised.

Horrible! How do you use the bathroom and it was dirty it stank, I was constipated and taken awhile and employee stood outside the door. With another Making childish ignorant comments about my the bathroom. I never felt so humiliated! Where does giant find these people?

Just got off the phone with my mom who turned 80 yesterday; perhaps one of the nicest and most helpful people you'd have the chance to meet.She frequents this Giant and went on to tell me that today she attempted to use a digital-only coupon for a container of ice cream but apparently could not locate the item on her phone. The woman who 'helps'/manages the self-checkout during the day told my mom that she needed to get her coupons in order before she checks out and that she would not be able to help her, and would not offer an alternative. In turn, my mom returned the item back to the shelf.This is how you guys treat the proverbial little old lady that has shopped there for the last 40 years? Shameful, and you're fortunate I wasn't there to witness this. You will be receiving a phone call in addition to this review.

I was checking out in the self check out lane and instead of the lady coming to see what the issue was that I was having. She just decides to yell across and ask me what was going on. Very unprofessional. Get off your phone and come over and actually see what the problem is. Good thing I figured it out on my own don't want to stop someone from actually doing there job.

I will give this review based on a Gluten Free Shopping Experience. I have to say I am impressed with this location because I have not seen what I did in others that I did today. I am celiac so I need to shop for gluten free items and anyone seeking GF knows is like finding a needle in a haystack. But this Giant has the GF items actually labeled with blue GF tags below the price. This made my shopping experience not only more convenient but was a learning experience as well.Thank you to this store for doing this! This was the best shopping experience I’ve had in 4 months since my diagnosis. And the staff… let me also say that everyone there was great. They were friendly and actually happy to help. I haven’t seen this kind of a work ethic in a shopping store in a long time.

I’ve been getting my groceries at Giant stores all my life, but I’m getting pretty frustrated with the Cleona store. Their selection is worse than other locations to begin with and their poor stocking makes the already mediocre selection worse. I’d like to use their curbside pickup more often as sometimes after work I’m dirty and don’t like to go into the store but they almost always are missing critical things on my list forcing me to go in anyway to make substitutions. Maybe they should buy the empty store front next to them and expand. At night they never have even a single register open forcing you to use self checkout which is a hassle with even an average amount of items, and the nighttime clerk is unpleasant. She’ll stand there and watch you check out making me question why she’s not just behind a register. They’re open until 11 but if you come in past 10:20 she’ll starting flickering the lights to encourage you to leave like you’re a drunk at a bar past last call. Also that stupid robot that wanders the store should be chucked in the garbage. Every time I’m in there it manages to get stuck in a narrow aisle blocking me. It’s a shame because the Hershey and York Giants I got to are so nice.

I love going to this Giant BUT I what happened to variety? I needed Gazebo room dressing and they only had the balsamic version. Then needed Tri color rotini- any Tri color version would have worked-None! Not once or twice, but every time I go here. Seems some sections that used to offer more variety have been scaled back. Coffee creamer varieties, pasta varieties , salad dressings?

I'm generally not a Giant shopper, because the Giant in my hometown irritates me everytime I go in. However, I was in the Cleona store, Wednesday September 13, 2023 and found the employees going over and beyond other employees in other Giant stores I have shopped. I needed help finding two different items. I asked a gentlement named Dane for assistance as he was stocking shelves. He immediately kindly acknowledged me and actually went and got my requested item. So kind. I continued shopping and again couldn't find something. I looked for help and once again found Dane. Once again, he was so kind and said he would assist me in finding my product. He didn't make me feel stupid as some on other stores would do. He was so helpful. I really pray you value him as an outstanding employee and show him your appreciation on how he demonstrates world class service.I was shopping with my 85 year old mother who wanted to buy grapes. The sign said she needed to have an online coupon to get the best price. She had a GIANT card but was told by Hannah (the associate working in produce) jthat she needed to download the GIANT app to get that price. Well, that was OVERLOAD for my mother. She does not use apps etc. I did not have my GIANT card but googled GIANT and attempted to get the app. I completed all kinds of stuff only to find out I wasn't doing it right. Hannah kindly went to the register with my mother and asked the clerk Kourtney to please give mom the online coupon price. Thank you Hannah and Kourtney. Kourtney tried to help me with pulling up my card number, even after getting help from customer service they said I needed to download the app. I QUIT. I held up the line trying to do all this. Behind me in line was another GIANT employee off duty waiting to cash out. Her name was Diane (worked in fish department). She was so patient and kind as she waited for me to try to get the coupons.I spoke with assistant manager Chris and commented to him how wonder his employees are dealing with costomers. I explained to him my frustration in having to download apps to get online coupons and some people like myself and my mother (and I"m sure we are not the only ones) have difficulty jumping through hoops for the best prices. Why can't we just shop and get the best price without all the exgtra hassles? Chris stated I needed complete the survey on my saleslip. I did But I deciced to take it one step further and post on google reviews.This coupon issue is why I only gave a 3 rating. The employees deserve a 10+ rating for your coupon policy deserves a negative 10!Thank you for reading my ranting!

I had great service. The Giant Direct associate was wonderful. When I called to say I was there, she told me about the substitutes. When she got to my car, she greeted me with a sweet "hi". I was very happy with this pickup.

It seems bigger than Hersheys and Elizabethtowns Giant. Fruit and Veg section was real big. Only bad part was a small Choice for Milk.
