Stay away! This bank has gone down the tubes over the past few years. My biz has been a customer for almost 20 years but we will be breaking all ties with this now terrible company ASAP. Absolutely no personal service or attention to customer needs any more. Such a shame. They can't even hold on to their own people. They only want big business customers. Their fees are going thru the roof. Statements aren't being sent anymore but then they are always on time with the late payments due to their own incompetency. Terrible, terrible bank!

I went to the bank on September 23 around 2:45 PM to take cash out from my account, but the employee at the window was confused I don’t know why, so she called the manager and the manager came, I told him that I need to take cash from my account that is available, and he asked me where this money came from and asked me why do you need the money. No one has ever interrogated me like that. I use my bank account for business and personal needs. He refused to give me the money and he asked me for information in front of other customers without privacy.

Worst customer service I've received in a long time. This locations atm "reclaimed" my bank card after entering the pin incorrectly by accident. Instead of asking me to reenter my pin, it just kept it. Calling in, Jessica, was absolutely rude to me over the phone. She was extremely sarcastic about my situation, asking if I'd rather have someone steal my card instead. I live a little further away from the location, so with it's short business hours it was difficult to get to the location in between work before 4 PM. They showed complete unwillingness to work with me and I'm not even a member of their bank. I advise anyone looking for a new bank to bank elsewhere.

The bank is currently undergoing a building reconstruction along with employees reconstruction there is only one employee that has been there more than 10 years the staff the tellers in general constantly coming and going
