Terrible. Not good. Not responsive or customer focused. I have to dog them. I laid down a deposit. I would think they would reach out. Not. I think it's time to quit them. A sad event for me. Sad.

We asked them to recreate 3 spindles for an old house we were restoring (we brought an old broken spindle as a template)…and they didn’t disappoint, the spindles look awesome!!

Great place to get custom built furniture. Gideon built two fireplace mantles for me and they were fantastic.
