My family and I (2 steps sons and a pregnant wife) found ourselves stranded on the side of the road just up the hill out of karthaus. We live in York PA so we still had another 3.5 hours till we got home after spending memorial day weekend with my wife's father in Austin Pa. They had a diver to us in under 1.5 hours and they sent a truck with a big enough cab to fit the four of us and drove us the entire way home to York to drop our car off at the dealership it's going to get worked on. Their driver Josh was incredibly kind and I couldn't be more thankful considering he most likely wasn't expecting to be taking a mini road trip while being on call on memorial day. They even beat the price that was quoted to us from our roadside assistance service.
