Bill the owner is a straight up liar! Still have issues with my radio, which guarantees his work...hahaha! Lied! HE REFUSES TO MAKE GOOD ON HIS WORK AND WORD! DO NOT GO THEIR FOR ANYTHING, EVEN BOUGHT A REFRIGERATOR AND DIDNT WORK! LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!!

Had after market radio installed...had nothing but issues!. Radio shuts off even dismantled whole truck; had to have it towed. Still radio shuts off and now my speedometer and horn in steering column does not work! It's been at their shop 3x in a month...DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE

Very unhelpful!! Unwilling to try and help someone with a problem without charging outrageous amounts of money for little to no amount of work. Company is completely out for themselves. Horrible customer service and business practices. Tired to have a conversation about a problem and the person I got to talk to talked over me the whole time and insisted that it was not their fault and refused to see what was wrong with their actions. I would 100% not recommend this business to no one unless you want over charged and disrespectful service.

Bought a refrigerator there 2 years ago ? Waited forever for it to come Jamie said they look them all over for damage and what not before they deliver. They delivered it with 3 of the 4 doors damaged waited on doors when they came they put them on 2 doors didn’t close right needless to say we had to get John Blooms guy to come out and fix it never go back ?

We purchased our new washer and dryer here because of the great service we received from Jaime. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and very polite and nice to work with. Today, she helped us choose a new range very similar to the one I have now. I really needed direction with this since ranges have changed so much over the years. She was just the person to patiently help me and answer all my questions and concerns. She's the BEST.

Just called for repairs on a washer. Jaime asked me what brand of washer I had. I responded "LG". She says, ok, did you buy it from us? I say, no. She then says, I'm sorry we don't repair LG brand here... Only when I didn't buy it from them, do they NOT repair LG. If I bought it from them, they repair LG... Needless to say, when I need new, and possibly need it now, depending on my repair, I will NOT buy from them now.

I recently had a dryer in need of a repair. Audio Video Appliance Center sent out their technician Hunter to fix my issue. He was very quick with identifying the issue at hand. He ordered my parts and had me back up and running in less than a week. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. The technician Hunter was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will be a returning customer for any repairs that may be needed, as well as any new appliances I may purchase. Audio Video Appliance Center has earned my business.
