Zeigler Chevrolet Inc very disappointed in the service department after yesterday. I brought my truck in two weeks ago to reset a sensor, you all fixed it. Then the radio stopped working, the lights begin flashing randomly amongst other electrical issues. I bring it back in yesterday, you can't recreate it, but I get a bill and the instructions to bring it back if it happens again, although you won't be able to do anything but bill me.
Great sales experience but extremely frustrated with the service and seriously considering trading in for another brand.
When the truck is low mileage and the best advice service can give me is to trade it in because there are lots of issues with silverados it is not a good look.

I have been waiting since March for my vehicle plates. I have called and left several messages with no resolve. I am always told to call back next week. It has been over 4 months now.

This is the best dealer place greatest experience ZEIGLER CHEVROLET INC. I fully recommended Darren (Doc) Carey the sale representative is there for you and what you need! They spoke with all the true and how everything works. I was so much stressed because I was going before to some different dealerships and they say the vehicle is available when I was there those dealer want you to take another vehicle no the one you are interested!

Terrible customer service. Do not recommend taking your vehicle there for repair services. Service desk waited over 2 months to send an invoice for resetting the check engine light after the truck was in their shop the day before. After they reset it, the light never came back on and the truck has been running fine. Apparently it was another code and tried to bully me into getting more work scheduled after just spending over $700 with them and that it would cause major problems if not repaired. Turns out the second code was just a fluke and never needed to be addressed. Over 2 months later an invoice for $50 showed up in my mailbox and it was for half an hour of diagnostics. It took then literally 5 minutes to determine it was a second code and not the code from the day before and because I never committed to repairing the second code, they punished me with this bill. Sadly they have have lost my business for good. I will drive twice as far the next time I need a Chevy dealer!
