I joined this fitness center for the 24 hr access. I went to the gym once before having a major flare of the muscles in my neck and back, unrelated to the gym. I called and asked if I could cancel or postpone my membership. I was told I could with a dr excuse. So I had one faxed. I realized almost 6 weeks later the money was not refunded. So hand delivered a note from dr and turned in the key card. That was two weeks ago and nothing. Lesson learned. In November when I am able to join a fitness center it will be ProCare .

Very good staff good with helping me with my therapy on my knee understand every word that u say and understand what problems u are having when u going to them for physical therapy
