Shoutout to the young man who helped me return Amazon books on my phone on Friday june 28th. I'm so sorry that I forgot his name but I think it was Thomas. He was patient as I fumbled all over the amazon app and then offered to help me by doing it quickly and accurately. I appreciated the help!

For the most part the employees are helpful and kind. No one is immune to getting a case of the grumpies. I've has than cheerful interactions here but overall I don't dread having to drop off Amazon returns

My daughter that goes to college near the has tried to ship a $200 textbook back since she didn’t need it. Went yesterday mid day and the place was closed due to some technical issue. She went today and their card system was down. It cost $3 for the packaging for the text book (she already had a printed label for the return), she only had a $5 on her. Kinda figured maybe as a gesture of goodwill since they didn’t have change they could have just given her the gift packaging. So she’ll have to make a 3rd trip down….

I don’t normally side with businesses but after reading the reviews I’m a little disgusted. Everyone on here complaining about paying for tape is ridiculous. Here’s an idea. Go to Staples and buy your own box and tape and package it yourself. UPS is a shipping service and they will charge for supplies, shipping labels etc. That’s how they make money.
