Asked for a simple pixie cut and long enough to curl on top. Came out with horrible crooked cut all over and chopped up bangs. Instead of curling when I was done Mary put a type of oil on my hair, being that my hair is thin it clumped up and looked a mess when I left there. This was a gift from my husband, as the total bill was $55. By the way this supposed top notch hairdresser cut my hair in the wrong direction from what I have worn it for years, I didn’t have my glasses on, so I could not see what she was doing to me, as I am 72 years old. Do yourself a favor don’t go there!

I ended up not being able to have Mary do out girls hair for a bridal part but she was just so sweet in the small conversation I had with her. I could tell in her voice she was bummed about not being able to! So sweet- I would really recommend her salon!

I have done so much to my hair, from dying to bleaching it’s a surprise that it’s still on my head, but when I went to here to get my hair to reddish color, let me tell you this is by far the best salon I’ve ever gone to, my hair feels so healthy and strong and the color is gorgeous! I would recommend it to anyone!

Mary is skilled at what she does!! You may want to ask for a fixed price before beginning as she is pricey! Nonetheless, she did a great job and accommodated me in a short period of time.

It's been a long time since I had a haircut, which looks great for about 6 weeks! I have medium length fine, thin hair which needs work to make it look nice. With Mary's cut, all I do is let it air dry and maybe just lift up the top with some hairspray. This is my 2nd haircut with Mary, and when I woke up this morning (4/1), all I needed to do was slightly brush it! I highly recommend Mary and will not go anywhere else! Very, very pleased! I'm very grateful that Mary came highly recommended for not only did she do a fantastic job with a friend of mine, but she did a fantastic job with me!

Mary's attention to detail is unmatched! She studied my hair for literally 5–7 minutes, holding pieces away from my face, moving my hair around, looking at me from all angles before making her suggestions... and I'm a regular client! She just came back from another master class in NYC so she had fresh color and cutting ideas. While I was in a meeting this morning, a co-worker just stopped talking and said, "WOW! Your hair looks amazing!" *** Mary is amazing! ***

This place should not be Ouidad certified.. I did not even get a chance to get a cut because she tried to claim my hair was “too unhealthy to be cut” which makes absolutely no sense. Of course just so she can proceed to try to sell me some $50 12 oz. bottle of deep conditioner to do myself at home for a few days only after which she would be willing to cut it. All this after I travelled an hour to get there. I got a 3 minute “consultation”, a BS excuse to not cut my hair, and products instantly pushed on me as my first experience. Disappointing and embarrassing to say the least. I wouldn’t go back. I especially wouldn’t recommend if you were hoping for any semblance of a curly cut. Trust the fact that there’s not many reviews on this place; I wish I would’ve listened to my gut and not wasted gas even going here.

When I found out I was going to be traveling to NEPA for a performance earlier this month, a friend referred me to Mary's studio. She was able to fit me in at the last minute, and she did a beautiful job! You can tell she really knows her stuff, and it shows. I performed all day and my hair did not move or fall out of place. I know I'll be back touring through the area again soon, and I plan on making an appointment when I'm back, as she does fill up quickly. Thank you Mary for a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to see you again!
