Groomer was not friendly. I asked them to do the minimum wash and nails. I didn't want my puppy traumatized as it was his first time.He came out with a full groom. I was traumatized. This dog was not ready for all that. ? I won't go back.

I am quite disappointed with the grooming of my doodle! The face was trim too short around the eyes and nose , the butt had some patches too.. I'm not sure if she's giving them a hard time but when I picked her up she said she cried at first but she was fine. I don't think I will take her back there again.

Our family is very pleased with Luffy's appearance. Well worth the money. Bath, hair, and nails all at a reasonable price. We will be back again.

Went in hoping to get my dogs nails trimmed and stressed that that was the most important thing needed. I got a call saying he was ready and when I got there was told that they couldn't cut his nails because he was too jumpy. I did let them know he is touchy with his feet being touched and that that was the main thing needed. I was then charged more than what I was told when I dropped him off. I wish the communication was better. Felt like a waste of time and money since I mainly went to get his nails cut. Oh well I guess.

Great local business. If you need an animal groomed , bring them here! The prices aren’t cheap nor expensive. You get what you pay for. They were kind enough to groom my 17 month old labradoodle.Before and after pictures attached.

Started taking my Harley to Kim back in October of 2021 and I was unbelievably impressed!! My pup is 4 years old and has never been to a groomer, I used to do it my self but with her thick undercoat it was nearly impossible to keep her looking good. Since I have been taking her to Kim, she looks amazing every time she walks out!! Not to mention, she doesn't shed as much now that she goes every 6 weeks (mind you, she's a husky and they shed like crazy) Every time my pup comes home from the groomers, she is prancing around the house showing off how good she looks!! It's so cute!! Kim is absolutely amazing at what she does and is super friendly & very professional!! You can tell she loves what she does & takes care of our precious furbabies. Lucky Paws definitely earned a lifelong customer!! Thanks again Kim?

Amazing job grooming our Mini Schnauzer. He's only 8 months old and it was his first time. He looks adorable! We found our new groomer!
