Overcharged for rear brake service, stay away for these theives. Then the manager said he included the coupons, but didn't show it on the itemized invoice.

Really helpful guys!! Had a tractor tie that slipped off the rim and couldn’t re-inflate it. Brought it in and they took care of it 1-2-3 and didn’t even charge. Highly recommend!

Traveling to FL and picked up a screw in a tire. They had us in and out within an hour even though it was approaching closing time with many other customers waiting. Can’t thank them enough!

Tells my wife her car will be done at 10... Then tells her they the will be done at 2 lol never giving them my business or friends business again what a joke.... Shouldn't even have to drop a car off to get tires first of all should take a max half hour to an hour.... Now wonder they are cheap.... Should of known better. Time to find real mechanics...

Service here was nothing but top-notch. Had a different situation that Pep Boys didn’t even want to handle and another national tire company just kept blowing me off. Kost worked with my tire warrantee and got me my tire replaced and I ended up buying an entire set from them which I needed. Nothing but perfect. Highly recommend them

Brought my car in for repair. I didn't expect the near $1,000 quote. Something was wrong with this, so I researched it. I called the dealer, they gave me the part number. Would you believe Upon a Google search, the part came up $40. So I bought it. I googled a YouTube video that gave step by step video.. I think it took me 25 minutes to put it in, maybe 4 screws. The car now works flawless. Holy Smokes are you kidding me! I almost said just do it!

These guys always do a good job and don't charge me for things I don't need. They also will give you a ride to work when you drop off your car, and pick you up, if work is close. I love this place.

I recently traveled to the area on Memorial Day weekend and developed a flat tire. The guys at Kost were kind, worked me into the schedule for repair, and communicated with me the entire way through the process! Thank you ALL for your generosity and help when I was 500 miles away from home.

Wanted to give Paul and Allen a huge shout out/public recognition for their exceptional customer service this past weekend.
My family and I were on a 12 hour trip from NY to NC when we suddenly had a flat tire. After initially calling my insurance and they could not help, I found this shop and they connected us to a local tow company to change the tire. When we got to the shop, Paul and Allen both went above and beyond to get our vehicle seen, offered us options for repair, and then really surprised me by completing the work so quickly.
Truly appreciate these gentleman for their kindness and understanding. It’s a good reminder there still are good people in this world willing to help strangers in their time of need. Will recommend everyone I know to do business at Kost!!

Great service & staff. Needed a battery for my vehicle but didn't have an appointment, Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day. Also he saved me a little bit of money with an on-line coupon. Thanks again guys.....??
