They have beautiful items and a great selection but is so very sad how the cashier have no idea what “customer service” means, I believe her name is Angel, she was rude and nasty to me although seem to socialize very much with other customers. I wish to find a phone number where to call and give an official complaint about these lady who seem to be racist to Hispanics.
Very sad.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so thoroughly impressed by this shop that I felt I had to. I’m not from PA, and this store was so much nicer AND cheaper than the ones back home. Looks more like a high-end boutique than a Goodwill. And the clerk Angel really was an angel, chatting affably with every customer. Kudos! ?

This little store is amazing. I have found so many nice things for my home there. It helps to see the decorated items displayed so nicely. The woman who works there is a true angel. Even if I,m having a bad day I go there she is always smiling and so kind, I feel better when I leave . There,s a girl who loves her job and the people.

Angel, the employee who works there is truly an "angel." She cares about every customer and brightens up their day. She always has the kindest words to say and can help you find the items you are looking for. I enjoy this goodwill beyond any others, not only because it is so clean and well-kept up but due to Angel. Love her!! Goodwill is so lucky to have her work for them. It gives Goodwill a good reputation!

I want to share about my experience at the Clarks Summit Goodwill. I have been shopping here for the last few years and the woman that works there is named Angel, and I truly believe she is one. I have NEVER been treated with anything but KINDNESS when I have shopped here. If I’m looking for something in particular, she ALWAYS helps me locate it and gives suggestions about something I might be able to use if I’m not able to find exactly what I need. She has always shown the utmost RESPECT towards all of the customers I have seen when I am shopping here. I’ve never seen nor heard anything but KINDNESS towards EVERYONE that comes in when i’m shopping here. I love to go to this Goodwill Boutique weekly. Thank you for having the best employee I have EVER meet in a store. Angel always shares her “Goodwill” every time.

This store is a hidden gem. The selection of clothing is higher end and the store is very organized. The staff, in particular, Angel, is very professional and an asset to this boutique. Keep up the good work! This store is amazing! ?

This Goodwill Store located in Clark's Summit is my absolute favorite. The store is clean, items are displayed tastefully, even kitchen and houseware are grouped nicely. Angel, the main employee is pleasant, friendly and consciousness. She welcomes each customer with the same smile and sincerity. I have purchased many clothing items as well as decorative household items, including lamps. It's a great store to just stop in and see what's new...or just say "Hi" to an employee who loves her job!

I have been shopping GW Clarks Summit for almost 10 years. I went in a few times before Angel started working there and thought it was Ok. Then when Angel started managing the store it went from good to great - she always greets everyone with a smile, completely leveled up the merchandising and organization of the store and always made sure all items out were in good condition to sell and keep the machine going week after week. Angel is a huge asset to NEPA GW as she is professional, dedicated and kind to her customers. I say “her” customers because I am amazed by all the people, from all walks of life, that come in and greet her by name and likewise she knows them too. Whether regulars who thrift, new people in the community settling in, or older folks looking for community and connection which is rarely found these days, Angel is dependable, personable and always provides top service to all people who enter the store. I have seen her help people find goods for their new homes, teens find dresses for dances and help older people finding gifts for their grandchildren. Angel is a huge asset to the community, her kindness and professionalism are exactly what GW wants in their stores. Anyone who knows Angel appreciates her and knows this is the best GW location in NEPA for quality goods and great service completely different from any store like it. I have shopped GW all over the US and Angel is a model employee and store manager. I wish more GW employees were kind, attentive to details and professional like her. Thanks Angel!

Angel is the sweetest moat caring person that I have met in a genuinely a long time. There is not one negative remark, look, or even an attitude that would come off this amazing person. Angel is a model of what Goodwill stands for.....helping, caring, genuine, and kind hearted ♥️

I just read a review about Angel at the Clark’s Summit store. I am utterly shocked by this negative review because Angel is the reason that I go to this store! I have never seen her unkind to anyone. She always has a smile for everyone who enters. She helps people find what they need and attend to them with care and respect. I’m not sure who the reviewer was referring to, but it could not have been Angel!
Goodwill is fortunate to have her!

That store is my favorite place to shop it's clean, organized, lovely items, and the lady that works there is a beautiful person. She is friendly, caring, helpful, she's just over kind good hearted not like the other workers at the Scranton and Dickson City store. Those stores are a disgrace. I think the ladies name is Angel who works in Clark summit she is an angel ?. If you haven't been to that store you won't be disappointed. Keep up the great work

Good location for pickup. The staff is really kind and friendly.
Loaded in 1:30 minutes.
Need to do offside backup to go to dock, but don't worry, the personnel will aid in backing.
Nice area to park and stay overnight, if necessary.

Very small store. Inquired about purchasing very nice stuff on wall behind register. Clerk says "not for sale because these are all my things". Why have items in a store if they are not for sale. Glad she gets the best of everything that comes in for herself. Very snooty. Not friendly. Asked about a bathroom rude response.

It is a small goodwill store, but very well maintained. The arrangement of items is well organized and thought out. There is a decent selection of top brand clothing if you're willing to spend some time looking through the racks. Overall, well pleased with the store!
