There's a great person to deal with and work with when it's come down to getting the insurance you are in need of his name is Hector he's located in Clark summit p.a. stop by or give them a call and ask for him personally you will not be dispointed. Definitely will go out his way to make sure the needs are met as honest as you would want a person to be .

If you are looking for an agency that will advocate for the client, this is not the company. I have been with them for over 6 years, NO CLAIMS. Upon request for explanation of exact coverages and if I could appeal an adjusters decision, Amy said she believes I can't. She was unprofessional on phone. Which leads me to believe I need a company who can put their client first.

Use them years ago for my car insurance now they carry my homeowners never really had any complaints in any problems I've had they've usually been able to resolve
