Most of the workers here are so rude and condescending. Especially the lady with the short hair. This wasn't only once this happens every time I have to go in there. I have bad anxiety and the way they respond to me always makes me feel so uncomfortable.

Worst bank ever. Went there to cash my payroll check from my employer who uses this bank and was informed they have now implemented a service fee for non customers. I have gone to this same location to cash for 2 years and now they come up with this ridiculous fee. I informed my employer and they are going to be changing who they bank with due to this new service fee. Good luck Fidelity you are going to lose a lot of customers due to your greed of the working person.

slow drive thru. I was with bank for 15 years, they asked for ID for me to make a deposit???? told they will charge $1.00 if you ask what balance is on an account??? I bank somewhere else now
