Clel came to the rescue. Last minute the person who was going to do my hair became sick and now I was stuck. I had a special event to go to later that night. I called the salon and last minute they were able to help me out. My hair came out beautiful and I received so many compliments. Thank you coming to my rescue. Great people, great place!!

Clel’s Place was a wonderful experience and I walked out with a great haircut. Even with difficult hair and it being my first time there, Clel knew exactly what to do. Will be going back for sure!

My friend had a HORRIBLE experience in this salon. She wanted her hair colored but they did a terrible job and left patchy and only the roots took in the color yet they refused to give a refund. The LEAST they could do is refund her the money so she can go elsewhere and fix the mess this salon created in the first place. These people know NOTHING about customer service and treating people with respect. My friend entrusted her hair (all women know how precious our hair is) to these people and they not only failed to give the desired results but also refuse to take responsibility for their botched job and want to make money off ruining my friend's hair. UNACCEPTABLE, it almost feels like they defrauded her. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place all together.

I had beautiful luscious black hair and came in for some color, I wanted red and they left me patchy red at the roots and the rest of my hair did not pick up the color Clel went back and forward wanting to do a full refund but she ended up saying she had to charge me for the dye, why would you charge me for ruining my hair?? A half decent hair salon would've given me a full refund at the very least. I need to find someone else who will fix their mess FIND ANOTHER PLACE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!

My cousin had a nightmare experience in this salon they ruined her hair and won't even give her the money back, any person would know you don't charge for ruining someone's hair any half decent place would give the money back DO NOT VISIT THIS "HAIR SALON"

I heard a horrible story about this girl that went in for a hair color treatment and came out of there crying! Not only because they ruined her beautiful long brown hair but because they charged her for it I would be so mad and disappointed that places like this exist TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I went to get my hair colored and they ended up leaving me with half of my head red and the other half black of course i still had to pay for it please avoid this place. The salon is dirty full of cat hair and they cant dye hair.

If i could give this place a cero i would my hair is red on top and black on the bottom now i have to find someone else to fix it and spend even more money. Since i still had to pay for this disaster! Very unsanitary place as well there's cat hair everywhere! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Soooo lucky today- I walked in without an appointment to score a cut and color right before Thanksgiving! You know how you never know what to expect from a never visited salon? Well don't be afraid of this one. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. I had a wonderful cut- exactly what I wanted, basic color and straighten, for a reasonable $120. And did I say, without an appointment!?! Wonderful little gem in Clarks Summit, a very lucky day.
