I am very pleased with my service here! A little miscommunication at first, but once I mentioned what was wrong, they were quick to book me another appointment and fix it right away! I was treated like a queen. I am thankful to Sarah the owner and Renee. They were wonderful and professional!

This salon is amazing! I have been coming here since I tried using henna as an organic hair dyeing method and was in a crisis hair situation. Sara must have a magic wand because she saved my hair & it looked amazing. Since then she has given me amazing lashes, brows and thicker hair using her hair growth products. I have also gotten great pedicures, manicures, facials and massages there. They are so nice and accommodating. We are so lucky to have a health conscious salon in our area.

Bella Natura has been my salon of choice for several years now. Sara is my stylist. She listens to what you’re looking to accomplish and delivers and I’ve made many changes throughout the years! The products used leave your hair feeling smooth with a clean finish. Finally getting around to writing this review as there has recently been a change in ownership and positive improvements are being made although it was always great.
Renay gives a mean pedicure as well.

I scheduled a hair cut at this place over and month and a half ago and still cringe at the awful experience. I am not one to write reviews but this one was needed. Whoever the stylist was that cut my hair deserves to be fired. She ripped my hair out the entire service to the point where my scalp hurt when I left the place. I literally cried on my way home because of how badly it stung. Days and weeks after I had clumps of hair coming out and my hair felt so much thinner. On top of that, she cut my hair uneven and it grew in longer on one side of my face! Who does that to someone! As a stylist you’re taught to be gentle with hair. She kept yanking and pulling it any chance she got. She was inexperienced and sloppy. This is a warning to others, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I had Renay and she took me so fast after I called and fixed a very bad hair cut into the original picture I showed the first girl I love Renay so much and this is now my 3rd cut with her and I've loved every cut since day 1

The staff are very kind and it was very clean and sanitary. The only reason for the 3 stars if because of confusion on pricing that got slightly awkward as well as the quality of the products. The gel polish I got was spotty and see through and is already cracked off after 4 days and the UV lamp was overly sensitive and required constantly putting hand in and out until light came on. With those exceptions the staff and environment are really what made it an overall pleasant experience.
