“I don’t want to name names In fear of forgetting someone. ALL the girls at the Clark Summit branch R TERRIFIC!!!! Always - kind and considerate. I consider them all my friends ❤️. Often, I have many transactions- I try to be organized & I have never been made to feel like I was bothering anyone. All the girls are patient and professional !! For various reasons, I have done business at many other banks in the Abingtons - their services do not even come close to what I get at Citizen’s. Love the passbook….I hope U never get rid of it. Also appreciate a balance on the deposit receipts….something U don’t get at PNC and NBT unless U ask and show ID !! I would never change banks for my own personal banking needs. Thank you for all U do for me !!”

“We've always received great service here, but today their help was excellent. I regret I did not get the name of the lady who helped me primarily, or the other lady that also helped, but they were both great. They solved a problem for me that PNC's national customer service rep said was impossible for the bank to do anything about. They were also unfailingly, genuinely empathetic, despite my expressing frustration with the general situation. PNC may be a major chain bank, but this branch makes it feel like a local business.”

“Their service is so friendly. If there's no free teller when you go in, at least one of the busy tellers tells you that they'll be with you in a moment. This bank is so business-like -- serious and calm at the same time. Whenever I go in there, I never feel rushed, which is a great atmosphere in this busy world.There are plenty of parking spaces, including lots of room to back up when you are ready to exit. The long-needle pine trees are so peaceful looking, they give me such a good feeling whenever I'm there!”
