Impulse stop while traveling and found wonderful gifted artist and owner Michael and am now the proud owner of many magically wonderful items. Highly recommend!

Asked Michael Alexander if he could fix a watch for me. Said he'd meet me at the store to give it back (didn't). Said to come back when the store's open (went back, closed all days posted). Blocked my number so I couldn't ask for it any longer. I filed a report. Guy has no integrity. Gives small businesses a bad name. AVOID THE ARTISAN'S IMAGE!

He’s very sweet! Talented with making jewelry himself! And very communicative and I sat there for an hour and he’s so nice!! I’ll be coming back soon!!

Artesian’s Image is a gorgeous gift shop with very unusual gifts. Michael, the owner, is so friendly and helpful. He treats you like you’re his best customer & like he’s know you for years. I bought a beautiful sterling silver ring with a larimar stone that Michael had made. I so many compliments on the ring.

The best locally owned store in town. So many items hand made. And something for everyone. Best store to shop for that hard to find gift.

Really nice merchandise but I never received a receipt for the around $120 product I bought. Michael Alexander said he'd email it to me. He didn't. I left a phone message which went unreturned. I went back to the store in person and he apologized profusely and said he must have written my email down incorrectly or some such thing. I should have insisted on a written paper receipt but I left again assuming I'd get the email (fool me twice, shame on me). Never got it. As I mentioned to him, though, my credit card statement could serve as a receipt. It's a shame because I really like the merchandise. If you go: get a paper receipt. Don't buy anything if you don't.

We are a jewelry vendor who has not been paid for a $1200 invoice since 2012 and Michael Alexander never returns calls or emails. He told us he broke his leg in Sandy and that was the last we heard from him.
