This place is awful. The staff followed me around and asked me about 10 times if they could do something for me. I was polite and and said no and was continued to be followed. Made me feel very uneasy. The woman who checked me out was kind and did her job well.

I come here to get my live bait quite often and not only do they have a decent selection, it’s always stocked up , pricing is perfect and the staff are extremely friendly. I’d recommend coming here for worms any day!

Ive been to this location numerous times but I stopped here on Labor Day and was turned off immediately. When I walked in, a man was standing behind a popcorn machine ready to hand out popcorn. Totally irrelevant and out of place. There were literally 10 employees on duty and absolutely no customers to be seen in the store because its a holiday and everyone is at the beach, park etc. Once I got into the store I asked an employee to help me find something, the look on his face was like as if I offended him. Not a good look for a store when 10 employees are working and a customer feels like a nuisance. Doesn’t make sense to me but definitely has bad corporate culture written all over it.

Stopped yesterday for some chrome hardware. The 200 year old man was to busy looking for a screw to open the cabinet doors. I left without purchasing what was probably $200 worth of bolts. I hope that particular screw was worth it.

I am going to start by saying a big ‘Thank you’! Your business and crews are a blessing in the Clarks Summit Area!
We just moved to Clarks Summit and are amazed by how welcoming the employees are in this store.
We went to many stores such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, and even another Ace Hardware branch, but none of them have a team as helpful and genuine as this store :)

Absolutely wonderful service and store! I called with an urgent issue with my car key and they immediately got me in and came to my assistance. Evan went above and beyond finding a creative solution to my problem. I am impressed with the level of service and care I experienced.
