My dog Baxter has separation anxiety so leaving him anywhere is always hard on him. He shakes whenever I’m holding him waiting for Robin but the minute she comes through the door and takes him he stops. Robin is so sweet and loving and gentle that I can see he is comfortable with her and that makes it easier for me to leave him. Robin always gives him a great haircut and tells me he’s so good when he is there. . I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a groomer.

First groomer I tried when I got my dog 7 years ago, and never went anywhere else! So sweet and trusting, I feel safe leaving my dog and Robin is very flexible with my work schedule. I would recommend her to anyone!

Brought my two dogs in for a haircut nail trim and a good bath they got a good bath their nails were slightly trimmed but their hair was barely cut and I did ask it to be taken down a bit due to their breed very disappointed I could have given them a bath at home and cut their nails for a whole lot cheaper not sure I'll ever be back again

I am thrilled to see my multipoo Nick wag his tail every time he sees Robin. His appearance is beautiful and I know that he has had a pleasant day. Robin is so sweet and patient, a perfect personality to work with skittish pups!

Dropped my 3 Shin Tzus off at 9:00, she said they would be ready at 1:00.Never happened, finally at 5:00 got the puppies, looked liked they were cut with very dull clippers. I asked her why they weren't ready by the agreed to time, she came up with excuses after excuse. I later found out the form another customer, that she overbooks and has dogs sitting in cages or running around the shop and she is never on time getting the poor pups out. I also blame myself, I should have just gone in at 1:00 and taken my puppies out! Personally I think the shop should be shut down . NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

My Yorkie came back to me looking like she had her hair cut by someone whose eyes were closed the ENTIRE time! Uneven, and razor burns all over. Absolutely shameful.

Mediocre job at best, did not do what asked to do, and charged me twice the going rate than any other grommet in the area. Big mistake I will never make again .
