First of all, gentlemen in parts department was rude, he hang up the phone on my face! Second, If parts you bought from here fails they are not going to take care of you!

Had my truck towed to Zacherls. Had a blown turbo. I had a proformance turbo at home. Took the turbo out to them. When I got the truck back they had not cleaned the oil out of the intake side hoses. They also did not check the air cleaners for metal parts from the blown turbo. There were chunks of metal in the air cleaners. Those chunks went through the new turbo chewing the fins on it. I had to buy another turbo and have it installed at another shop. Cost me almost $4'000 to have it straightened out from their screwed up work. Also very unprofessional. The Head service manager got smart mouthed with me. I will not use this shop again. Dean Smith Owner Dean Smith Trucking LLC

not a bad outfit; thankfully had the part i needed in stock, unusual, minor repairs, in and out...no minimum labor rate (good deal)...wish they were closer to home cuz they would get alot of business from me...
