Nice mall too bad they are losing their stores. Maybe lower the rent a bit and advertise to different vendors??

I think it's sweet that they are trying and I hope that this Halloween tradition keeps up. As far as fall festivals go it had the opportunity to be really successful with a lot of vendors. I think this was the first year for it, and they just need more vendors, but I loved everyone that did show up.

Mostly dead especially compared to the 90s. The stuff on the building but no longer connected with the rest is good but the idea of it as a mall not really. I can't even remember most of the things other than the ones that divorced themselves from the rest.
