I paid for a full set of nails and within a week and two days 5 of them were broken off … I’ve been getting my nails done for over 25 years. I have never had this problem and then on top of that they charged me full price to fix them!!! I will never go back there again and I certainly won’t send anybody there!!!Services: Acrylic nails

Had a family member go to this salon for her nails for an upcoming engagement and she HATED them. Her and fiancé will NOT be returning. The color was nice, and the individual was pleasant, but the gel manicure and pedicure had her in tears. The gel looked horrible, the cuticles and nails were not trimmed. The pedicure was not like other salons any of our family has been too. The pedicure did not help with a small ingrown on the corner of the toe, I was told they are not medically necessary or allowed, as well as the nails were not trimmed down. I had called to speak with the owner and she was busy at the time. Have family coming in for weddings and college graduations over the next couple of years, and we will NOT be returning to this establishment, nor would we recommend it to people visiting.

I have been trying to find a hairdresser who strictly follows Covid guidelines and who also gives you a good haircut.I found both in Jaunna. She has strict rules in her shop around Covid and both customers and employees are expected to comply. A really great bonus? I got a great haircut! She listened to me through the entire process. I think I found my new hairdresser! (The last 2 were not Covid-careful enough.)

I had an appointment with Melanie yesterday, June 9th and I have to say it is the best haircut I have had in quite a long time! Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and helpful! I will definitely be going back and Melanie you are the greatest!

I've been going to Jaunna for over 15 years now. BEST hairdresser I've found. Never have had a problem. Jaunna and her employees keep up on the latest hairstyles, cuts, and trends. She does amazing nails to!!!
