High-quality furniture, high-quality staff. I have purchased 2 pieces of furniture from here. One was a gift, and we needed to return it and exchange it for another piece. The staff worked with us and were so kind throughout the entire process. Outstanding service! And we love the furniture we purchased.

We ordered a couch and two chairs from Fallers. The service was phenomenal. Everyone at Fallers was attentive, kind, and quick to respond or answer any questions that we had along the way. Kaylee and Suzanne helped us find a couch and chairs that fit perfectly in our space. Matt and Josh delivered the furniture and were so kind and friendly. We had previously looked at furniture elsewhere and the service was extremely poor with employees having a lack of friendliness. We are so glad that we did business with Fallers and will certainly continue to in the future.

We visited the new location for the first time and felt there was a nice selection of furniture (tons of chair recliners, a few sectionals, a few couches, some other furniture like beds, mattresses, end tables, coffee tables). We came in for something specific - rocking recliner. We almost left with a whole new living room suite but had to keep reminding ourselves of what we were trying to buy. We sat on everything at least once. The goal was to find something soft and comfortable. We finally settled on a catnapper recliner. We also liked a best brand leather recliner, but the comfort level of the catnapper was slightly better for us and it was a better price point.Overall the prices seemed fair with competitor pricing. I like to support local and was happy to find something we liked in store that we were able to take home the same day.Kaylee was patient with us and helped us navigate all our options. She was a great help, polite, and excellent to work with. We had small children with us and all the staff was awesome, they chatted with us and we’re kind to our children which made the experience that much better. I highly recommend taking a trip here to look around and please consider them for you future furniture purchases.

The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me when I was looking for a new mattress and frame. They were helpful in working around my budget and I was given a reasonable price for both the bed and the shipping. They even removed my old bed for me when they delivered my new one.It was an overall pleasant, professional, and friendly experience, and I would absolutely shop there again.

My husband and I were referred by my MIL, who purchased her couch through Fallers roughly a year ago. Absolutely outstanding experience with knowledgeable, genuine staff. We worked with Dana and she took the time to not only understand our room layout, listen to what we wanted but offer advice in regards to the availability within their selection. Although COVID put a damper on ship times, we were able to take advantage of what was available in store, and walked away with a new living room set.

Sales staff were helpful and the store environment was very nice. There were some good prices & deals--be sure to check upstairs, too. Unfortunately, most items have a long lead/order time right now due to COVID.
