After a family member came to this salon for a bridal trial with her mom, I made them cancel immediately. For the trial, the brides hair was not what it was going to look the day of the wedding. She kept getting told "well day of...". No. Her hair was to be a FULL trial that was not given. Makeup "artist" too said the same. Her eyeliner wasn't even connected and she had a heavy dark shadow on very pale skin. Her mother was told she was too old to wear a particular hair style, which was decided by both bride and mom on the look. Last nail in the coffin was charging them for "trial", wedding day, and travel. Fee for 15 minute travel was $200 and was not refunded after the cancelation a month and a half before the wedding. Thankfully we had arrangements made with a stylist the same day they canceled with this salon.

I walked in and had no wait ( had appointment). Tiffany was great. We talked about what I wanted and she made some good suggestion. We got started and I love the result. The salon was clean and pleasant.

Recently got a pedicure to go on vacation paid 55.00 for the full deal and gel polish the girl forgot my massage and I only had 7 polished after my first day at the beach ..sad thing is I purchased a nail file and polish at beach it lasted longer than gel polish from this salon

I left the store with curly hair I was not down the road 10 minutes and all my curls fell out it was not because of humidity because all my windows are rolled up and I have great air conditioning in my car so I had to go to my wedding straight haired which I’ve never liked myself in straight hair but I happen to pull it off so my hair did not stay in curls at all by the time I got back to My venue which is a 16 minute ride my hair was completely fallen out flat I do believe they did not use enough product and I do believe it was rushed I would have myself used more product and also took more time to make smaller curls. Also got a pedicure which was the deluxe package and I feel as though it was not anything special to me it was like the lowest level pedicure in my hometown which is saying something because I live in Akron Ohio. They also did not have the color I needed for my nails so I could not match my Pedicure to my manicure for my wedding day all in all I was not pleased with the services provided BUT I gave them a three because they were very nice sweet and kind girls and their make up was a great job.Services: Pedicures

I've been letting Designing minds do my hair for over 25 years. But the last time I was there,,O M G....I never had my hair damaged like this. I'm still upset n that was 3 weeks ago. I'm still crying!

I got my first pair of acyrlics done here, I don't recommend at all! The pain was terrible the girl cut me and she took two hours to get them done! Not even that one of them fell of within one week of getting them done! Very sad about this response .
