Most employees are super nice and helpful. Some of the pharmacists are not so nice. I've had a few bad experiences where I was met with unnecessary attitude. The lunch hours are a little crazy for the pharmacy.

Love that they have a drive thru window and that they do what they can to help their customers

Family has used this pharmacy for decades, and apart from a handful of negatives and a rude employee or two over many years, they are one of only a couple of pharmacies I would recommend. The staff and pharmacists make a concerted effort to get folks what they need. In the past I have seen complaints about the store not allowing customers after closing(¿?), closing for lunch(¿?), too many pickups reminders (¿?), people with too many meds clogging the drive thru, or medications not being obtainable due to outside reasons. None of these things speak to the actual serviced provided.Employees are expected to bend over backwards for abusive customers, and this is one of the rare stores who do not, and that is commendable. They are kind and reasonable to customers with that same energy, and even with that negativity they remain professional.

The service isn't extremely slow, but isn't fast either. Expect picking up a prescription to take at least 10 minutes if there's a couple of people in front of you. Non-prescription store prices tend to range from decent to terrible, though I haven't noticed anything they have that Walmart doesn't have for cheaper.

I just found out today that the pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch. That actually makes a lot of sense! Because people sometimes go on their lunch breaks to pick up their prescriptions, but I never would have gone there at that time if I had known! I've never seen a sign for this. There probably is one on the door, somewhere, along with the 15 advertisements. The only advantage CVS has over Walmart, is that, it's not Walmart...

Arrived at CVS today with a package to drop off for UPS and the staff refused to take it. Claimed she didn't have room.

I’m sick of the poor attitudes of the people at this store. I came to pick up RX and they claimed it would be 20 minutes. Did you come directly from the doctor? No, I know better than to come directly because you never have things ready. The CVS app said it was ready so that’s why I came. And it was not! Whatever became of customer service???

Called the store on Thursday around 5pm to see if they had a baby formula I needed. The lazy girl that answered the phone did not even bother to go check. She right away told me no. I decided to drive out there myself and what do you know.... they had 3 bottles. I don't know who the girl was that answered the phone but you should be ashamed of yourself. Babies lives are on the line these days and your lazy self couldn't take 5 steps to go check.

The wait in the drive thru for prescriptions is 30 minutes with only a couple cars in front of you. I have been there numerous times and they did not have prescriptions filled that were dropped off the day prior. Staff training is seriously lacking. The staff is obviously very stressed as they look and act miserable and that is projected onto the customers.

I've always used cvs in clarionThey are doing their best to keep things moving along. With other local pharmacy locations closing, the overflow of new clients has strained them. They are working to get fully staffed and clients faster service. They are also handling vaccine appointmentsPlease treat them how you'd like to be treated working there. We're all human and deserve respect . Be kind and a smile goes a long way.I personally will not use walmart pharmacy. Long lines and no convenient drive thru window.

Went to pick up prescription that was called in a couple days earlier. Was told they had no information on it. Went to another pharmacy to get it filled with the hard copy and they could not bill the insurance because it said it was already filled at Clarion CVS. Corporate America at its best.

The coupons can save you a lot of money if you shop here regularly, but their prices are usually higher than other stores that sell the same items.
