We were 90% of the way through our project when we realized we were short materials to finish. The Home Depot was out of stock and couldn't tell us when it would be back in stock. After some digging, I found out that Clarion was the manufacturer and I contacted them to find out where I could source a few more boxes. They were FANTASTIC! Within a couple of hours they confirmed I had 5 boxes coming my way, and I've tracked it to arrive this Wednesday! Less than one week from contacting them. They are so helpful, and fixed our issue beyond what I was expecting. Would order their products again due to the best customer service experience I've had in years. Thank you!

TRUCKER REVIEW: I'm still not sure what the company name is here-- Kronospan (on my offer), Clarion (the flooring part), Badger---maybe all three. Anyhow, I was sent here on a backload for flooring materials. At the main shipping office (big grey bldg), you call an extension and they assign a dock. Docks past 2-19 are in the dirt lot/garage area just down the road and adjacent to the main building where it says "Clarion" and there is a brick garage out near the road. Go behind that.Once docked, it took about 30 minutes. Paperwork is placed in the back of the trailer on second green light. After reviewing my route in and out, my opinion is that you should take exit 64. It's about four miles uphill until you see a white sign on the right "Clarion Warehouse" that comes up quick around a corner. This seems easiest to avoid all the tight residential streets and the nearby college.Everyone was nice, and the loading was quick.

Take exit 64 and make left turn come all the way to heidrick st and make right turn .overnight parking is available anytime

So the directions is I 80 exit 62. NORTH ( the direction line lady does say south but she means north) to Heidrick st. There is a small sign for clarion truck route. Some people do miss it so go slow, and may need to wait a few to let the cars go before you otherwise you won't make the turn. Then it's to grand Ave which is the first left you can make. Some people may park at the stop sign for some reason some may need to honk to get them to move. Then it's to the warehouse on your right but park in the truck lot across the street so you don't block others. Then walk across.

Direction ate confusing when you call? off I 80 you turn north not south to Greenville RD.Make damn sure you call for directions, but be careful like I said. CONFUSING BECAUSE LADY SAYS SOUTH TO FACILITY. ITS NORTH.
