I'm in the ER right now with 14yr old son with sever sever ear ache and it's been 33min not seen. They were not eager to bring him back the check in person was not competent at registration. But the nurse who brought us back was a sweetheart. Unfortunately I did not know how bad it was here. There will be no next time

If you have an emergency don't come here. Cut my finger off years ago whent to the emergency room and they made me seat for hrs while I was bleeding out when they finally got to me they said they are sending me to Pittsburgh after making me seat for hrs.

I brought my boyfriend here with terrible stomach pain, that was at 1:12p.m. I am still sitting here at 6:26. He got bloodwork and an ultrasound 3 hours ago and is still waiting on the results. He hasn't even been offered water or anything. Had we had known that the Urgicare couldn't help him, we would have gone to Brookville Hospital, but seeing we were already in Clarion, and he needed help, we figured we would give it a try. Never again!!! I knew better from past experience, but thought things might have changed. Nope.

If I could put less than one star I would. I'm a nurse and I was appalled by the care they took with my mother and the things they didn't tell me about her surgery. Everyone was rude and had zero bedside manner. If I acted that way I would be on probation. Everything seemed like and inconvenience to them.

I had to go in for severe pain. They got me back into an exam room rather quickly. Every one treated me nicely.

Poor service from doctor in ER. I was in an amazing amount of pain, told to take Advil. I have missed 2 days of work. They did not offer much help at all. I saw the doctor for maybe 5 minutes but was there 3 hours. I am not likely to return there. I'd they hire doctors that actually care about their patients I would reconsider going there. I have to pay a $50 co pay for something I already knew with no help for pain.

Horrible! I've been to the emergency room many times for different reasons and every visit I left furious. As a patient in need of urgent care I was forgotten about for over an hour. I overheard the head nurse say "I forgot she was there". When there with a friend, the Dr. came into her room claiming he looked at the x-rays and they were fine.. BEFORE SHE EVEN WENT TO GET THEM! Yet another time, I took my boyfriend there because his arm was severely cut and needed immediate attention and stitches, and because it was late at night they assumed he was intoxicated (which he was not) so they treated him horribly and me as well until I went out in the middle of the hall and said I would call the head of the hospital and complain about all of their bedside manner if they did not adjust their attitudes and treat us with respect.. Do they soley hire unprofessional and disrespectful people? Under no circumstance will I go there again, I'll take my chances trying to make the trip to Brookville. You will not feel like you are in good hands.

I went to this hospital once, and I will never go back there again. I had a horrible experience. I feel as though I was ignored by the staff. I was there for almost 24 hours. I checked in through the ER and was admitted overnight. I had a procedure done to find out what was wrong, and I found out afterwards that they never checked the area I was complaining about in the first place. I was poked 7 times just to get hooked up to an IV, and in the process the nurse got blood everywhere, and then never cleaned it. The only medication I received in the ER was over the counter. I would have been better off at home.
