Saved my day with a simple and economically priced part that couldn't be found anywhere else in an adequate time frame. Might as well have worked a miracle before my eyes, and did it with perfect professionalism with a sunny attitude. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Although I have had really good experiences here, I am not happy at all with the recent event of a truck driver parking his semi at the very corner of the parking lot to walk across the street to the pub to get something to eat. This hits home for me because I have a son who is a truck driver and for a business to be that ridiculous about simply parking to get a meal that is awful. Do they not realize what these guys have to go through to get a good meal when they're out on the road, sometimes for days on end. They don't want to eat fast food for every meal. I have bought a few vehicles from clarion ford but I am really going to consider going somewhere else for future needs. I am a huge supporter of buying local but this is wrong.

Worst service department I've ever dealt with. Scheduled first appointment and they kept trying to sell me things I didn't need and didn't even cover warranty issues that was the reason I was there for. So I rescheduled another appointment for weeks later (they were to busy) and they knew my warranty issues but when I showed up they insist on charging me if anything wasn't covered by my warranty.i told them don't do work that isn't covered and service manager got smart with me and insist they wouldn't know until they do the work and then they will charge me some crazy price. I'll never buy anything from clarion ford nor recommend them to anyone. By the way I bought fords best warranty and nothing but trouble here
