So very sad. This bank used to be such a great bank. They double charged my account so I was in the negative and then they gave me an overdraft fee for their mess up. I talked to the bank manager and she was nothing but rude and nasty. You would think as a community bank they would bend over backwards for their customers. I just can’t believe a manager would be allowed to be in a position to treat their customers that way.

From the time my husband and I opened the account it was done wrong. They put my husband’s name in backwards then wouldn’t fixed it. It was suppose to require 2 signatures to take money well that was never the case. The best thing is when they closed our account. We were told we could never bank there again. That is fine because you would just mess our account up again anyways.

Would give zero stars if I could. These people do not care one bit about you. Just want your money however they can get it until you and your children starve to death. Small local bank with a soulless corporate mindset. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I cannot say enough about the great customer service that we received at this bank! After a year of very disappointing time and money wasted at another local bank, Clarion County Community Bank was very professional from the start. Lora Ball was great to work with. I would recommend CCCB to anyone looking for a new bank.

We have tried to use the online banking, even called the bank for assistance. They never followed through to help us with the problems we encountered, not to mention being put on hold and then hung up on.

I have tried for several days to do ONLINE BANKING and keep getting "ERROR 404 ". That doesn't help me at all !!!
